Very clean, modern style. Perfect location for the Fox theatre or the symphony. Hotel is connected to two restaurants, a motorcycle museum, a photographic museum and a motorcycle dealership. Got lots of new ideas from their design. Mattress was outstanding! Be aware the neighborhood shuts down early - may be difficult to find a late night meal after the show.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us feedback! I am so glad you enjoyed the mattress, TempurPedic Clouds is what we utilize. I love that you found some new ideas from all of our great designs in the building! Our neighborhood does start shutting down early for sit down restaurants but with us being so close...

Hotel location is perfect if you are visiting the Fox Theatre. It is only a 5 minute walk to the theatre. Room was OK. Bathroom was roomy. Comforter and floor were a bit stained. Overall room lighting was a bit lacking. It was rather dark in the evening. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby is very nice.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback regarding your stay. I am glad to hear our staff was able to help you during your stay to visit the Fox. I am very sorry there were stains on your comforter and floor, as that is not our standard and we will be looking into that. We do find...

We were in St. Louis for about 36 hours to take a look at St. Louis University. This is NOT a chain type hotel yet is a really nice place to stay for many reasons: 1. Very close to SLU campus. Just walk across the street and you are on the backside of SLU. 2. Restaraunt inside hotel for B'fast,...

We choose this hotel because of the location. Near Chaiftez Arena. We checked in quickly and had room 513. Although the hotel was supposedly full, it seemed empty. Upon entering the room, I noticed the felt bed decoration had long pieces of hair from several different people on it. Please get RID of these! Felt is a bad choice! The...

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with feedback from your stay! Part of the boutique style hotel experience is a quiet hotel, so even on days where we are completely booked we like our guests to feel that they are the only guests in the hotel. I am extremely sorry for the felt runner in...

This was my first stay here. We took our Ducati to the shop right next door & they recommended it. Everything was very clean. The rooms had a nice modern touch. The coffee in the lobby is better than any coffee we have had at a hotel (we are Starbucks drinkers) & this coffee was great! The help at the...

From the time we parked the car and walked in the foyer till we left, I loved this place. Demi checked us in and couldn't have been more friendly and warm. Demi was patient and answered all of our questions. We were traveling from Phoenix to Green Bay and stopped for the night. I had been looking for a place...

Was there for 2 nights for doing things at SLU. It was a nice hotel with the style. clean and neat. No coffee maker in the room though. Also walking distance to the university and other places. Didn't try the restaurants in the hotel, not sure about that. Anyway, if you are going to visit SLU, I think this hotel...

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I am glad you enjoyed your time with us. I do apologize for not having a coffee maker in the room, part of the boutique style of a hotel is to offer coffee in the lobby for our guests at all hours of the day. However, next time you are...

For almost $200 per night I expect, and have experienced a lot more. First, I preordered for $40, champagne be waiting in the room upon arrival. Nope...Sparkling wine, not champagne. Next, had to drive down the street at 530am for some cold bottled water. Really?? No bottled water?? Motel 6 has bottled water!! Next, the sushi restaurant downstairs, which was...

We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. Beautiful walk in shower! Beds were comfortable and we loved the room. It was conveniently located near the Chaifetz Arena. Thank you so much for your review! I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us and found the beds to be comfortable! Our staff is the backbone of our hotel so I am so glad to hear they were helpful. Hotel Ignacio is partly owned by the St. Louis university which is across the street. You use the SLU wifi which required an extra step to get a code but once connected was fine. Room was spacious and well laid out with desk and power outlets. Hotel is connected to 2 restaurants and a Triumph/Vespa dealer.
