I stayed in the Arch-view suite, and it was outstanding. The room was newly renovated and beautifully set up, the large windows were perfect to take in the view of the Arch and the river. I didn't need to use my car at all during my stay because everything is so close to the hotel, step outside and you're already...

The Hyatt is a good place to stay for a conference. The rooms are spacious and it is adjacent to all the downtown attractions. The service is excellent. The restaurants are good and convenient. The conference room were well equipped.

Great location. Could see the arch from my window. Room was very comfortable. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. Didn't get to explore as much as I would've liked due to conference. Would definitely go back and stay at the Hyatt again

This is located just perfectly. I got a room on the 12th floor facing the arch. Beautiful view. had to go through many lobbies to get to my room :-) but it is a big hotel. Just didn't like the internal layout. could have had an easier access to the room from the elevators. Anyways, the breakfast was good. not...

I stayed here for business travel. The accommodations were nice, and hotel staff were very polite and attentive. Only issue was the card I provided for incidentals was billed for the room, which was incorrect. They also put a $150 hold for incidentals, rather than waiting until purchases were made, which was annoying. However, my room had a partial view...

Older hotel, but still in excellent condition. Good choice of in-house restaurants and an abundance of choices with-in walking distance. Close to the main St Louis attractions as well. Parking in a bit steep, but if you want to be close, secure and able to go in/out without paying everytime, it's easy. All the good old school amenities are available...
