My mom and I stayed for one night in the "Wildflower" room, and it was amazing. Gorgeous and spacious room with many floor to ceiling windows! The bed was super comfortable and luxurious! You could help yourself at any time to homemade cookies that were totally delicious, and they also provided a great selection of teas and coffee to choose...

Absolutely beautiful, immaculate, restful, luxurious place to stay. Dixie's homemade cookies as we came in from our bike ride were fantastic. Conrad was helpful showing us the place. The bed was wonderfully comfortable after a day of bike riding! Morning coffee out on the brick patio overlooking the Katy Trail was so peaceful. Breakfast...oh my goodness! Has to be the...

Staying at a nearby B&B (we live near KC) over the holidays is now an annual treat for us. This year we were very pleased with our choice of the Yates House. Conrad and Dixie were great hosts and served up an incredible breakfast. At their suggestion, we had an outstanding dinner at Abigails. It's a quaint little restaurant that's...

We recently revisited the Yates House and were once again met with the same warm, kind and friendly hospitality of Conrad & Dixie. The Yates House offers beautifully appointed guestrooms enhanced by lovely linens, plush towels and bath toiletries. Attention has been given to the details that provide guests with 5 Star accommodations. Although the Yates House offers a selection...

The highlight of our stay were the 2-course breakfasts, absotulutely second to none! Inn keepers were hostpitable and nice, would definitely recommend to others wanting a romantic, peaceful getaway,...

Our experience started before our actual stay as I had difficulty making a dinner reservation with a local restaurant; I emailed Dixie with my dilemma and had an email back within 24 hours stating she had made the reservation for me. What we found in person was no different - Dixie and Conrad are very gracious and accomodating. This is...

I had the delicious experience of spending a couple of nights at the charming, historic Yates House B&B in Rocheport, Mo. The beauty and history of the setting on the KATY Trail along the Missouri River offered biking, walking, birding, and serenity.
