The Katy Trail Bed & Bikefest B&B is right off the trail. The room and food provided were pretty good. The shared shower was a bit short for me (6'6") but workable. Very accessible property from the trail. Only negative memory and it is not related to the B&B itself, was a couple who had parked across the trail, in...

Great unique lodging. Good location. Quiet. Unique small town, but don't plan off-say there for Monday as all the little antique stores are closed. Winery is fun, but ling way up hill so better to have support car take you. Can be biked up to but long ways after long day of riding.

I thought the location was excellent, but not very well marked. The cost was way too high for very average amenities. If there are others staying the soundproofing needs to be improved. The storage for the bikes was excellent.I would probably try to find something more cost efficient next time, also the sleeping accommodations need to be upgraded if they want to charge that much...

I rate the Bed and Bikefest highly, not because it is the poshest B & B, but because of its practicality and utilitarian value. The rooms are simple and homey and very reasonably priced. The access to the bike trails is incredible. It's maybe 150 feet from the barn where you store your bike to the trail. This portion of...

My family and I love riding the Katy Trail. We always stay at the Katy Trail BB. Close to everything, simple, clean, affordable compared to the other B&B's. Always a fun time in a super cute town. My kids love the tire swing and hammocks. We enjoy the firepit on the cool eves. It is right on the trail and...

We stayed in the main house last Fall, using the 2 downstairs bedrooms. There was no one else in the house. We love Katy Trail BB...that's why we keep coming back. Tawnee is great to work with, the beds and bedrooms are comfortable and cozy, the house itself is adorable and the access to the trail, and views of the...

We've stayed at the Katy Trail Bed & Bikefest two or three times, each time in the large room above the garage. It's perfect for our family of five--lots of bedding options and a great deck. The grassy area around the B&B is great for kids to run around. The breakfast is self-serve and simple, but gives you lots of...

We stayed in the loft above the garage and next to the B&B. We had access to the B&B self serve breakfast. The trail was close and it's walking distance to the shops, The General Store, and a short distance to the winery. It was clean and cozy but check your credit card when you leave, we checked out (left...

I had a wonderful, relaxing stay here prior to a week-long ride on the Katy Trail. Next time I'll stay longer and do more exploring locally. The rooms are beautiful; the service, though minimalist, is supportive and perfect for cyclists with a range of arrival/departure times and plans. Seems like a great place for families, too, even though when I...
