Som Well-being is our center for holistic Wellness programs including bespoke Ayurveda and Yoga. For every individual, their lifestyle and concerns are understood beforehand. “Van-Aushadhi," meaning “medicines from the forest,” is a special therapy at Som using herbs grown at the property, which is freshly procured and prepared. Ayurveda detox programs are offered for cleansing of the body, mind and soul. The Yoga Deck hosts morning sessions to learn asanas and meditation.
