Unexpected offer took us to Cape Town in mid January. Perfect weather, never over 30, not humid, could pack more synthetic fabric clothes if you have them. Chose Majorca Apts because we are over 70 and felt more secure. Very nice 1 bedroom apt with everything we needed, all nice crockery and pans etc. although we didn't cook much. Washing...

We really enjoyed our stay here we used this as a base hotel as we were in South Africa for a wedding and this meant that for 4 nights we would not be using the hotel but we had a base and all our possessions were safe whilst we traveled The service from the staff was exceptional and that includes...

We stayed for one night as we were attending a conference in the area. Upon arrival at the gate we were greeted by a security guard who has the most awesome sense of humour. We were informed upon check-in that we had been upgraded - thank you! The apartment was clean and spacious, with all the conveniences of home. If...

Nice, look past the obvious poor workmanship and leaking roof, painful access / security and see great people, friendly and accommodating welcome and an apartment that offers all possible amenities with a few extra's like Cable (to watch sport and movies) tumble drier, large fridge and pretty damn comfortable bed. Nice crisp and clean bedding and a daily clean round...

Yes, no reason to get a hotel, if you can get a service apartment like this. I've been to a lot of service apartments around the worlds and this one scores over a lot of them. The washing machines are great, they have a stove range and a microwave and a good-sized fridge. The few things one should be aware...

We were very satisfied with this booking. At less than a 100 euros a night, we had a 2 bedroom apartment with a big living room and a walk-in kitchen. The balcony was nice too. We booked with 2 other families and we were put nearby, this was a real plus for us. Having young kids, we felt that this...

Another business trip to Cape Town and I was pleasantly surprised. I have always stayed in B & B or hotels but chose a self catering apartment for this trip. These apartments are centrally located, and if you do not have any transport available, the Canal Walk shopping centre is easily accessible on foot. You have a wide range of...

Centrally located for ease of exploring Cape Town. A few steps to the canal walk, the Ratanga Junction and the my city bus station. Beautiful clean apartments and a few bus stations to a very secluded beach in Windbrook or Lagoon Beach. Enjoyed morning walks around the beautiful gardens. excellent security and very friendly staff. Would definitely come back again

“Check on air conditioning and request a unit on the canal, with view of Table Mountain. Ask about a braai/barbecue on the verandah, as this is something we would've loved, but unfortunately didn't get. We did see some units with braai on their balconies, but don't know if these were private units.”
