We have been going to this campground for several years with a large group of people. This campground is at a nice location next to the clear and beautiful Black River. The camp sites are rustic with water and electric. There is WIFI but we could not get it to work. No air TV and little phone coverage. The shower...

The camp ground is nice. small over all. shower houses cleaned daily, flush toilets, small store. We went for the 4th of July weekend which had a great band playing and a small fireworks show. There are only 2 bath houses so plan your spot if you are tent camping. Camp spots are not clearly marked - advantage is you...

We just got back from a great few days at Riversedge. The campsites were a fine size, trash cans emptied daily and bathrooms were cleaned every morning. We floated on a Wednesday so I cant speak for weekends but we were very happy with little to none river traffic. I am 5'4 and could got out into the deeper pools...

I found this place on a simple search for campgrounds in the area of the Black River. I contacted the campground via email for more information. I was put in contact with Jennifer and I asked her so many questions that it would have annoyed just about anyone. Not her though; she was very polite, eager to help and replied...

I read all the reviews. we stay here twice a year now and have made a whole family affair. We are a blended family so there are a bunch of us. We get two campsites and this year added a third. We love it here, it is shady and nice and always clean. The campsites are huge. We put a...

Just left Riversedge Campground. We spent the weekend camping and floating with a group of friends. Pros- Great location, cabin with supplies, water and electrical outlet Cons- very dirty bathrooms and shower house, picnic tables were rotting, horse poop outside of tent All in all, I would recommend Black River to float. I think the owners of Riversedge should take...

For a campground, this place was pretty nice! Great location next to the rivers edge with shallow water near the campground making it great for kids. You can also drive up the road a bit from here and drop off your floats to do a short 1 mile float! That same drop - off point has a great spot for...

Service was great - campground was nice and tidy. We were right by the river. Saturday night, I thought quiet hour was at 10 or 11, however I was not given any camp guidelines to follow upon check-in. The noise level actually increased after 11 and went on and on into 2 or 3 in the morning. Sunday night was...

I was there during the above reviewers' stay. The owner had to repeatedly ask them to stop blowing an obnoxious horn after numerous (I know of at least 4) families complained about her. The owner was very polite and continued to remind her that it was a family campground, but this person would not have it. When they state people...

We generally only camp during the week to avoid twenty something drunks on the river and in campgrounds who believe they own all of the air and space in a campground and on a river. We couldn't do that this year and were forced to go tent camping on a weekend. Bad idea. The campground was full of twenty something...

“Look at the campground map to determine which site you want to reserve. One side has a river view while the other does not.”
