Went in 2013, so this is a little late, but they took very good care of us. Went a bit off-season, pool was closed, but it was still warm enough for most other lake activities. Pool and hot tub area is well maintained. Restaurant on site is great for dinner and brunch. Would come here again. Nice mid-range price place...

I have stayed in this resort at least once a year since back when it was a Holiday Inn. This is the first time I have felt disappointed completely. The staff is like a smiling crew on a sinking ship. It was a Saturday night in mid July and the restaurant and bar were closed. No activities at the pool....

This place is so poorly kept and misleading with pictures on their website! !! The restaurant is closed down...railings on balcony and around hotel not safe at all!! Basically everything is falling apart and I pray nobody is mislead again!! Although there is an indoor pool nobody uses it bc it is literally 300 degrees in there...NO JOKE! ! There...

Booked this Hotel on Priceline (Probably mistake number 1) for a King room @ 99 per night. Great. Come to find out via persusing the Hotel's web site, they have different teirs of 'King Rooms" 89 and 99 per night. The 99 have pool or lake views. So, I download the map of the property, oh and there are a...

This resort was like going back in time but with a cover up mentality. The room was old and small with unmatching furniture. They painted the room but forgot to take off the border up top and just painted over it. The bathroom "remodel" was covering up the old tile around the tub, not replacing it. It did have the...

Our family has been spending the weekend at The Resort at Port Arrowhead in Lake Ozark and we have had the BEST TIME. We could take our own canned drinks to the pool, (refrigerators in the rooms), play endless miniature golf and eat free upgraded continental breakfast in the morning! Saturday included hot food items, such as awesome biscuits and...

This hotel is good for what you pay. It's an older property - don't expect the plush bedding from newer franchise hotels - but the room was spacious and clean. My room did have a slight odor - like maybe the carpet had been cleaned and the room not adequately ventilated - but it wasn't foul by any means. The...

I have fond memories of this resort when I visited as a child. It was a beautiful resort with everything first rate. Wow, how things had changed when I took my son and his friend to vacation last summer. This resort needs a major remodeling and upgrading. Furniture is outdated and carpeting is dirty. The whole place is well worn...

Yuck yuck yuck!!!! For the money they are charging one would think the room would be nicer. Way out of date. Horrible. The room had a terrible smell. The hot tub was not even warm. Tons of bugs in the pool. The smell of smoke was everywhere...hallways - the room- the office. It should be about $40. Not $150. That's...

Beds were very comfortable and the rooms appeared to be clean, but our group saw several roaches. The grounds and overall appearance of the place needed some attention. Shower had to run for several minutes before water was warm enough to shower. Free continental breakfast was good. would not stay there again, unless new management cleaned the place up.
