Staff looked upset we showed up. Everything about this stay was dirty. The room, the breakfast area and even the outside was dirty. It was not worth the price. Staff was rude and unhelpful. We were supposed to have a handicapped room and we didn’t get it.
It was a nice place to stay, rooms were clean and quiet. There is activities downstairs for you to do such as video games, pool tables and a swimming pool. The only downside was there was no cell phone service and we couldn’t get connected to WiFi but sometimes it’s a nice break to step away from those things.
So many problems. No internet, pool was freezing, hot tub broken, they gave us a smoking room instead of non smoking and told us they were booked even though my sons stepmom got a room without a reservation that night, for a hotel that was supposedly booked there were barely any cars in parking lot, toilet kept clogging, staff were bizarre, breakfast was picked over and nothing was replenished, would never stay there again
Pool tables were nice. Thats about all I can say thats positive. There was dirty wash cloths from previous guest hanging in the bathroom. My son found a dirty sock in the room. One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in.
Hotel web site states pool and hot tub but the hot tub was broken and evidently has been for a month plus. The pool was reserved on the 1st night so our kids got kicked out. Then on the last day it was reserved again. So my kids got kicked out of the pool 2 of the 3 days we were there. Horrible experience. Then there was a flea market vendor in the lobby peddling trinkets. When I stay at a hotel I want to be as stress free as possible and enjoy my get away.
