I stayed from September 2016 until January 2017 and my family and I had a great experience. We were in between homes while staying and we didnt feel like we were staying in a hotel at all. The rate of this hotel was great. Went online for rates and found that they were what I was looking for. Rooms clean and the area was good. There is staff on site to help when needed. Rooms have full size fridges and stove and microwaves so it is really good when you travel.

Had an amazing stay with my family. Staff was really nice and appreciated all the help they gave me. The room provided to me was amazing. Loved the fact that I had my own kitchen. I would highly recommend value place if you are relocating or on a vacation.

I stay at the Value Place location in South Kansas City, MO. I work near there. So it's very convenient. I love that there's a kitchen, a tub, not just a shower in my room. There was a recent disturbance on my floor. Security arrived right away. And it was taken care of. I will always seek out a Value...

The guy who checked me in was friendly. I paid one amount and upon check-in, received a receipt for a lower amount. When I asked about the difference, I got no direct answer. I got lucky enough to be right next to what appeared to be a long-term occupant, whose door was constantly opening and closing literally all night. Also...

Charges extra for things that are standard at most budget hotels: wifi, daily housekeeping, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. I fail to see the 'value' as the name suggests. Upon checking into the room, all we could do is cover our noses and wonder why the place wreaked of urine??? The gentleman that checked us in was very nice though. We did inquire of the smell and never received an answer. Requested some type of freshner that was never received. No carpet and the beds are small. Not worth...

I am staying here on an extended stay in between places. It has been safe,quiet, and relaxing. A nice kitchenette has been great. I am very happy I found this hotel. I would recommend it for a nights stay or a longer stay like mine it is perfect.

I would never stay at this brand again. The hotel reeks of smoke and because we were a late check-in we got stuck on a smoking floor. It was awful. By the interstate so very noisy and thin floors so the heavy walker above us was loud. No carpet which also doesn't help with sound. Also, no soap in the...
