We stayed for one night at the Apparo. From start to finish we had a great time. We were met by very friendly staff on arrival. Our room was lovely...heat had been turned on for us coming, which was most welcome as the weather was very bad. The rooftop terrace rooms are very unique..a novelty, but very comfortable and pleasant...

stayed in early May on a ridiculously cheap Living social deal which included warm scones on arrival and a bottle of delicious wine in the restaurant as well as an excellent fry for breakfast freshly cooked by the overworked chef (who also did checkout!)., The rooms are entered from a courtyard which gives lots of light but less privacy. The...

Stayed in Apparo for a night in March, with a groupon deal (I think) so was very reasonable. The room was lovely, quite small but had everything you needed in it. We ate in the restaurant from the a la carte menu and it was really delicious food. The next morning the breakfast was great! It appeared the poor chef...

Back for the second time. Tea/coffee and scones on arrival they were delicious. Shown to room which is like a log cabin. Highly Recommend. Look forward to the next...

Everyone has their vices, one of my greatest is salt. I adore the stuff. Yet a lunch in Apparo lately surpassed even my ability to process the stuff. The spicy beef was so salty as to be inedible (even by me). The ciabatta bread that accompanied it was lovely. The Asian salad my Dad ate was pleasant but a bit...

My husband and I stayed in Apparo Hotel on Wed 18th Feb after a family meal. As I am originally from Draperstown it was a nostalgia meeting for eight of us. After a reasonable meal in a very cold room (it was Ash Wednesday and few diners so we did not comment) and a pleasant chat with Grainne, we retired...

My husband and I got a voucher deal for a xmas present this included scones on arrival, wine with dinner, cabin style room for the night and full breakfast. We had a wonderful stay. On the way the sperrin mountain looked so beautiful covered in snow and when we saw our cabin style room it was like we transported out...

We have gone here about four times over the last few years and since our first visit the menu hasn't changed! Avoid the bruchetta starter which is made with filo pastry...its not anything like bruchetta. The prices are hefty enough and the food is just average for what you are paying.

Stayed one night Saturday 10th January with 3 friends. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. Rooms were amazing, clean, warm, quirky. Service and food was fantastic and real homely relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble. We ate dinner in the restaurant and couldn't fault anything. Everything was perfect for a relaxed night away. Can't wait to...

Called today after walk in the Sperrins with my husband.had read great reviews and decided to try out for early evening tea. From exterior it looked a very appealing restaurant. . On arrival it seemed not overly busy . Stood 5 minutes at reception before anyone appeared to show us to a table. We certainly didn't feel warmly welcomed or...
