Stayed here for a night while driving through the state. The staff was very friendly and professional. My room had a lot of character and although some of the furniture was a bit old, it was a very large room and had a nice TV setup. Wifi was fast and the bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast could be a...

I just don't understand how this place can have all of these great reviews??? We travel a lot and this hotel tell was the worst place that we've ever stayed at. Besides having rooms that are extremely dreary and outdated, the furniture was filthy. The chairs were horribly stained, woodwork had huge chunks missing out of it and the walls...

Price and convenience are the main reasons to stay at this hotel. It used to be a Days Inn. They have put in new carpet, flat screens, and comfortable business chairs but it is still an old hotel. Stay here if you want to save a few bucks over Super 8 etc.The lady who runs it is nice. They have...

The breakfast selection was small, but the small price made up for it. The other hotels we called in the area wanted $10-$20 more. convenient curb side parking if you're on the first floor and some room for vehicles with trailers or campers.

While not a "bargain" at the price, the room was o.k. with a flat screen TV, refrigerator, micro-wave, good wi-fi signal, The bathroom was rather shabby, though. Easy access first floor room with parking in front of our door. It was quite and we slept well.

I really enjoy coming here whenever I'm in the area. It's cozy and comfortable, and I often wonder what stories these brick walls could tell. If you're anything similar to me, I think you'd find the rooms interesting.

The room did not look as good as shown on the web. Dark, dingy, old TV on the floor. Depressing and overpriced. Eerie lobby with candles burning and statue of some god. Person operating tried to tell me I would have to pay for two nights when I arrived late - after midnight.

My husband does contract labor and we were here 3 months. We got a king size bed. The room was clean, and non-smoking. The owners are very nice people, made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was clean and the ice maker worked. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet while we were here. We had...

Older motel, as other reviews will say it does need updating, but it is clean. And in the middle of town, great location, easy to find restaurants. Good for one night stay, would stay again if passing through Carthage.

Just needed one night as I was passing through. Rates reasonable. Bed clean and comfortable. No noise. New carpet. I look for a clean room, reasonable rates, and pet policy. I don't need Wi-Fi (they have) or a swimming pool (they have) or even breakfast (they have - donuts, coffee, cereal, toast and jelly. Plenty for me.) An in-room 'frig...
