Would like to have said 2.5 stars. Mattress was good everything else was old & neglected. The faucet wiggled badly and was hard to turn (water was had though). Carpet old, frayed and stained. Organization also seemed overloaded.

We rented two rooms at the GreenBrier and when we arrived, we were informed that the motel was overbooked so one room would not be what we reserved. Instead of having two double beds in the room, there was one double bed and a wildly uncomfortable pull-out sofa. The other room did contain the king bed that was reserved, but... More

This was a good cheap and clean place to stay for the weekend. Nothing fancy at all but it was clean and the beds were comfortable and for the price you really can not beat it. It was also right on the strip so it was close to everything.

Went and checked in on a friday in September. We went and bought tickets for shows. Came back after a show at 11:45 pm. Went to bed and My wife jumped out of bed screaming. we turned on the lights and her whole bed was covered in bugs .. I called the front desk and he said he could not... More

Really disappointed in the advertising negligence of the facilities owner. The location is sandwiched between the Palms on the Left and Windsor on the right..At no point does their advertising state they are an extended/living area for lower class Branson residence or drifters. Seems they all share maintenance staff. Whom look like vagrants. No staff identification just filthy dirty shirts... More

We have been coming to this hotel for 16 years for the big car show...granted the rooms are not luxury rooms, but they've always been clean...not the case this year! Half of the place has been turned into extended stay rooms (people live there)...dogs everywhere using the restrooms in the grass where people walk daily...cops called out multiple times, domestic... Man on phone when I booked it was so kind and helpful. Anytime I dealt with the front staff they was all very kind. Motel is dated. One of the beds was broke and someone had stuffed a pillow down it. We rotated the mattress to get by. When we checked in, we had to sign a paper that we... More

This is a nice "not fancy" hotel. The staff is really nice and the breakfast is enough to hold you for a late lunch or early supper. The room was older, but the price was right and it is located in the middle of everything. Will stay again

However, if cleanliness, security and location are most important to you, this is a good value for the dollar. Front desk people are polite and responsive. Breakfast was good. I was dubious when they handed us a real key...however, even though it looks like a hotel straight from the 70s, the location is great--central to almost EVERYTHING you might want... More
