This property is in dire need of a face lift. Too many steps for the elderly. If you walk barefoot in the condo your feet are filthy!! To much pressure put on us older folks to buy a timeshare!!! Will not stay here in future visits to Branson!!

Fine experience. Rooms were fine, everything worked well. Crafts and activities are outstanding. Johnny Lonestar was terrific with radio bingo. You can attend Westgate's Tuesday night "Extravaganza" event and see previews of several of Branson's stage attractions as well.

The cabin we stayed in was fairly clean, but 20 or more years old, since any remodeling has taken place. Lets start with the entrance, it was 3 sets of wooden stairs, fairly well lit, except for the two bulbs at the bottom. This is a bit difficult for 60 years to navigate, especially at night, The main room was pretty nice, but the TV was mounted above the fireplace, like 8 feet in the air. The remotes didn't work for either TV, figured out the had been switched and needed batteries. Never did get the TV in the bed room to work. The bathroom has not been remodeled in 20 or more years, grout missing in the floor, shower walls rusty at the bottom, etc. The jet in the tub did not work. The bed itself was quite lumpy and worn. The last morning the wife found a SCORPION on her dress she was about to wear. He was only about 1 and 1/2 inches in size, but it freeked her out, everything had to be double checked before loading it into the car, The outside of the building has rot in several places. These things can all be addressed by maintaining the property, which clearly is not happening. I don't think I would consider this location again...

Paul We stayed in a motel unit with the basics, which were all we needed. We had two queen size beds, bathroom with tub, bathroom sink, flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave plus free coffee and ice. The location is secluded enough to be relaxing yet within 10 minutes of the excellent shows Branson offers. The ambiance is very family friendly with daily activities like family feud, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub and miniature golf. Snack bar and small convenience store are onsite and sell snacks, pizza and various convenience items. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. For example, we called for additional free coffee and received it within five minutes. We were fortunate to gain the acquaintance of Johnny Giannotti, who provided excellent dining advice, show recommendations, day trip recommendations as well as particulars of the available accommodations, cabins, condos, etc. Mr. Giannotti runs many of the activities and was an excellent resource for us. He was a top twenty finalist on America’s Got Talent as a cowboy roping artist and is a good conversationalist. Thanks – we’ll be back!

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our rooms and the fact that they had a full sized kitchen in them! Our view was beautiful from the 5th floor. Our favorite part of staying here was doing activities with Johnny Lonestar! He was so friendly and helpful! I can’t rate him higher! The pool was really nice too.
