saying hotel room smelled and spread needed repairing also that porch furniture was in need of repair can you comment on why this review was so bad... I will be coming there in about 2 weeks and have a reservation I am now worried about this due to this review..

I am concerned about this review as I am coming there in October for my husbands birthday OCTOBER 8TH... please tell me this wonderful looking place (rooms) does not have the smell of a very old home.... I want this to be special day for him and a noisy room location and odor is not what we are expecting we value our quiet times thank you
