I'm rating this a 3 because of 2 reason: very very slow check in. We got there early and checked in but room wasn't going to be ready until 3-5 which I was under impression check in was 3pm the room wasn't actually ready until 530 so we came back up to front desk and waited in line for 1...

Went for sunday through Tuesday. Arrived at 4:00 stood 1 and a half hours in line waiting to check in. When we 3 people from the front, a man cut in line and was helped instead of being asked to get back in line, the woman helped. We ended up checking in after him with that same woman. There was...

We had a great stay at the resort. The hotel is older with doors that open to the outside, but it wasn't a deal killer. Rooms have been upgraded some and we got a cabin room with bunk beds and the children loved that. Rooms could stand to have some minor bathroom upgrades but were satisfactory for us. We had...

When we first arrived and found a motel-looking building, I almost packed us back up and went home! But I opened our room door and was pleasantly surprised to find a cabin/clubhouse inside for the kids! Inside the cabin was bunk beds and a TV - all for them! The room was clean and nice. It's within walking distance to...

Their package deal is worth the money but to get a room in the same building as the water or a kids' cabin will increase the price quite a bit. Otherwise, it can be a long cold walk from the room to the pool. Also, overall the place seems a little tired. Mini golf was good, pizzas are OK, custard...

Our family stayed here for a long weekend over spring break. The thing I hate most about Branson is the traffic but once we were at the resort we never had to leave. Everything is within a short walk and the service was awesome. Every single person we interacted with was so nice. Water park, go carts, mini golf and...

The pictures of this place are amazing and the amenities are great in person but I was expecting a hotel room that was connected to the indoor water park, arcade, pizza place, miniature golf, ect but instead our hotel room was a motel room a short drive away from everything to do. It's basically a giant complex where each building...

I booked the winter package so it was a great value. I wouldn't be as happy if I had paid more, because the room needed some TLC. I also wasn't impressed with how far you had to walk to get to the water park. We did really like having everything right in one area so we didn't have to drive...
