Amazing place to stay very friendly staff very clean rooms we stayed a extra night and purchased 2 rooms breakfast was a full bar sausage eggs biscuits gravey boiled eggs apple and orange juice milk yogurt 😋 cereal oatmeal.. pool was a little to cold to be indoor heated hot tub was bug compared to other places we have stayed very clean may I add.. the noise level wasn't to bad.. will definitely stay again. Can't beat the price for all the accommodations.

The beds here suck. For real, super uncomfortable, we didn’t get a good night sleep the entire time we were here.
The staff was friendly. The rooms were extremely clean!
They don’t change sheets at all while you are there though, I wished we had clean sheets nightly. The tub was smaller then expected, the pictures show a much larger tub in the suite then what we got.
Our toilet seat was broken.
The bed was stiff.
There was no microwave so we couldn’t warm anything up, the fridge took a bit to figure out but we got it working.
We asked for extra towels and extra pillows and we were provided them.
There was a communication barrier between us and house keeping.
We were not disturbed when we had the do not disturb sign up.
There was some really loud noise though that we kept hearing our of no where, it was almost like a jack hammer.
Breakfast was okay, it was the same plain Jane options everyday though. Wish there would have been more options or change of options. Front desk was accommodating and nice though, we needed a fan and she got us one right away. When we left our room housekeeping made our bed nice and cleaned up well, they didn’t touch any of our personal belongings and I appreciated it.
For the money we spent to have a suite I just wish it was a little better of an experience.
Not exactly what I expected for the money we spent, I feel like I would have got the same Experience at a much less expensive hotel.

Hi LizBock! Thank you for taking the time to submit a review regarding your recent stay. I sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences you experienced. I apologize the bed was not comfortable for you. We recently replaced every single mattress as part of our renovation. Please rest assure all sheets are changed upon a guest's check out. Just like many hotels, we do not change sheets on a daily basis for a stay over room. However, if a guest has the room reserved more than 3 nights, we will change them. We will also change sheets on a stay over room upon request. I apologize for the toilet seat. I will follow-up with my maintenance team to ensure this was addressed and replaced. I apologize breakfast was not up to your expectations. While most hotels are not offering any type of breakfast or only offering a grab and go bag we like to provide several options by having our breakfast buffet fully open while we practice social distancing and take all precautions for the safety of our guests and staff. We hope you give us another opportunity in the near future as promise you will have a much better stay!

I was a little hesitant after booking the hotel as there were some reviews saying the motel was dirty. DO NOT BE HESITANT!!!! This motel was extremely clean. We stayed in the pet room as originally we were bringing our dogs. The rooms are re modeled and all laminate wood flooring and tile. As soon as you walk in you could smell the cleanliness. At first we thought the shower walls had scuff marks all over them or mold, but looking closer found that it was the actually part of the decor of shower walls.
Breakfast was an A+. Waffles, pancakes, danishes, cereal, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, muffins. It was excellent.
Great price for a great room. We will be back.
Don’t believe the reviews of mold. There is NO mold!!

This was probably one of the absolute cleanest motels I've ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and accommodating can they try to present a decent breakfast for a budget price. That being said, I have never spent the night on such an awful uncomfortable mattress in a motel in my life and I've woken up with a backache from hell. I tossed and turned all night and barely got any sleep at all. The uncomfortableness of the band along with the heater going on and off and not heating the room comfortably, set the agenda for a terrible night at this motel. I applaud them for the absolute cleanliness of this place and I hope that they will take care of this mattress problem for another person loses an entire night sleep of their only day for vacation here. I've included a picture of my sagging mattress.

Location is right in the middle of Branson, so you're close to everything. Breakfast is the way it was pre-Covid. They provide waffles, eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, and the typical cereals and packaged pastries. The room was clean - but it was extremely noisy. You hear everything around you from all the other rooms, people talking both outside and next door; above and below, water running, toilets flushing, you name it - you hear it. Someone had dogs, we heard them barking. Someone had a little one crying. Ugh! No one's fault but the hotel, which needs some serious sound proofing. Some type of cleaning solution or scent they sprayed in the room set off my allergies. Last, but certainly not least, were the two most terrible issues: a roach crawled across the alarm clock when we got up to leave in the morning. AND when we came out of our room someone on the level above us had spit phlegm on the hood of our car, to which I'm just not even going to comment. I realize this is not the fault of the hotel, but when you have rooms that lead directly to the outside, bugs and humans being disgusting can become an issue.

I stayed here with my two boys, young adults, and got a pool side room, first of all the pool side rooms are located around the pool area, 3 floors, there was no air ventilation so the humidity was extremely bad, the walls were literally sweating INSIDE our rooms as well as outside. They have recently renovated the place, the furniture was nice and new, some new flooring put in. But is was slippery because of the humidity and I almost fell a couple of times. I had 2 rooms connected to each other. And the room I stayed in had no hot water! I couldn't take a shower in that room. I had to use my boys room bathroom. I let the got water run fir at least 10 minutes! And still was very cold. I even turned on the other side of the faucet to see if maybe they were mixed up, but it was cold as well. I only stayed one night. We were there to see the caverns. My boys came here from Minnesota to stay with me for a week in Kansas City, I decided to bring them to Branson as part of thier vacation here. I was so dissatisfied. I went to the front desk and let them know the issues we had and they were non responsive, the man who I was speaking too, another front desk man overheard me talking, he was helping someone else, and told the guy to give me a 15 percent discount. The man who was helping me did not even apologize, had no personality whatsoever, did not have any response to what I was saying at all. It was really awkward. And the last thing I have to say about this location is that the pictures on the website are very deceptive as to what the pool area and hotel really look like. I am putting pictures on this review so you can compare for yourself. I am a choice hotel rewards member and I use these hotels wherever I go when going out of town and even just overnight somewhere, so I am really disappointed in this Quality Inn, especially on the strip of Branson where there are so many things to do and a tourist attraction. I highly suggest checking reviews before booking. Which I did, but there are also a lot of positive reviews about this hotel. I don't see it. For someone who stays in average cost hotels on a regular basis this is not what I expected at all.

First time to visit Branson , Got our room reserved, arrived at the check in desk , we asked for another room the man said that their wasn’t any , he could at least checked. Was told when we got there that they we renovating the pool, which we didn’t know, our room was 2nd fl.
poolside . Renovation noise promptly at 8:00. The room was clean . Beds so-so, Main complaints : 1. Basically NO cold water, hot water no problem, we could not get cold water to wash our hands. AND while we were resting someone with a keycard opened our room door and would have come in if we hadn’t stopped them. NO apology, or who they were, they didn’t even knock. They looked surprised and walked away. I went to the front desk to ask what was going on, They said it was the General Manager doing a check on stay overs, They were sorry. Like no big deal. REALLY! I will not stay at any Quality Inn again. SORRY. Really wasn’t happy about parking in back and going in the back door, felt like I was riding the service elevator up. Also the chlorine smell from the pool was overwhelming it would take your breath away. Why would you even put someone in that room. When we left, had to wait till the carpet layers to get the carpet down by our door to get out the door.

We reserved a two night stay at Quality Inn in Branson at 1835 West Highway 76. It was a King Suite with whirlpool @ 161.00 per night plus tax on July 2 2020. Room did not look anything like the pictures on the app. Parking was dirty and not kept up. Entrance to elevator was not secure, it had a door key reader but anyone could walk in as reader was not working. Whirlpool in room took 30 to 45 minutes to fill and water was only lukewarm. No water pressure this morning for showers. The screws that separate the whirlpool from the rest of the flooring in the room protruded from the tack strip and hurt feet when you stepped on them. We cancelled the second night because of room and hotel quality. I have stayed at quite a few Choice Hotel properties and this one was by far the worse I have ever stayed in. It was not worth anywhere near $161.00 per night. We cancelled the second night and at the writing of this still waiting on refund of the charges. I also believe that we should be reimbursed for the first night due to poor quality rooms. See attached pictures.

I also see I did not get points through Choice Privileges for the first night.

The room we were given was just nasty!! There were crumbs in the bed, brown stains on the sheets, grease on the night stand, floors were sticky and had dirty shoe prints, refrigerator had sticky goo inside, white stuff on the floor under the edge of the beds, and the non-American native in charge was rude and unhelpful and put an extra $100 on our bill for a 10 year old small dog. He made me do the work of contacting Orbitz for a refund, which they said may take up to a week. Management or something has definitely changed in the last few months, because we've stayed here 10 times in the past 5 years without incident. We definitely won't be back. We had to pack up and find another hotel late in the middle of the night.

We usually stay at this hotel every year for our vacation trip to Branson from Warr Acres, Ok with 4 people, this year unfortunately it was just just the 2 of us, so they switched us from a double bed room to a king size bed room and it was just as great as the double bed rooms. Comfortable, clean, relaxing and the breakfast was great as always. I book this hotel every single year and it never disappoints! Those with bad reviews are just looking for attention or being paid, because this is a great hotel with a great location!

It's always best for your dig to crate them in a new place. They will feel more secure. There are lots of pet friendly lodging options in the Branson area. Enjoy!

Hello, Thank you for your interest in Quality Inn near Dixie Stampede. The hotel was constructed in phases with the main building being built in 1993. The pool is one of the largest indoor pool areas in the Branson area. The depth ranges from 2ft to 8ft along with a hot tub that can seat over 10 people. The hours of operation are 9am-11pm. They have one elevator in the main building that i'm aware of. It's super inconvient though. You can only access it from the parking lot and your room. If you want to downstairs to the pool or the breakfast bar, you have to take the stairs. It was aggravating.
