I stay over 100 nights at Marriott properties each year. I really thought that no property could compare to the concierge lounge service at the Marriott Houston Galleria hotel, but this hotel's concierge lounge ranks right up there with the Houston hotel. The food prepared by Chef Michael is excellent, and the friendliness and service from the concierge lounge hosts...

The staff here is great! From the front desk to the concierge room... Everyone makes you feel at home while you travel. None epitomizes that more than Jaraline at the bar!! I stayed at this location because I was unable to book another night at my original hotel (I decided to stay an additional day in the area and my hotel was booked). I was very disappointed as the guests in the rooms near me were extremely noisy up until about midnight.

I had an excellent service where I had been recognized as a gold member and the very nice check in/ check out with a very nice reception staff particularly Mr. Jalloh who had been so nice and helpful throughout the stay in addition to Terri who were an outstanding and helpful. This includes hostess at restaurant, every server, other food...

We booked online and chose the option with 2 free adult breakfast and "kids under 12" eat free. Well that really meant kids under 5 eat free, however since our reservations showed kids under 12, they honored it. Rooms were clean. Pool was warm. The breakfast food could have been better, but the service was great.

Room was awesome. Staff was wonderful. Great deal to stay here and park while we fly to our vacation. Had drinks at the lobby bar-nice accommodations and the drinks were awesome! The nuts are yummy. ESTHER the bartender was the best! Manhattans were to die for and the note of cab was great! We will return!

My stay at the Marriott St. Louis Airport was great. The staff was very accommodating, especially the ladies staffing the Concierge Lounge in the morning Joanne and Paige. In the evening Mary Jane and Neila. It was great to be greeted each morning by two smiling faces to get the day started and ending the day with two more smiling...

I stayed here for 4 days and everyone is awesome. SHEBA, CYNTHIA AT THE FRONT DESK are great. The service was unbelievable. When I visited the concierge Mary Jane and Nelia were also great. They were the highlight of my trip. When I walked in and was greeted and well served, it just made my day.

This is 4th time staying and once again, same excellent experience. Well maintained and easy access, but the main thing is the people--everyone is friendly and pleasant and willing to help. This includes hostess at restaurant, every server, other food service staff, front desk people and bellmen. No doubt training program is outstanding. Will be back.
