We stay at this hotel every time we need a Park N Fly the rates are good and so close to the airport kids liked watching the planes coming in and out. They have a nice bar, we did not eat at the restaurant this time but it is very good. We like that the shuttle goes every 15- 20...

Very accommodating staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, bar, housekeeping , and maintenance. This location and staff makes me want to come back. Easy access to the rail system with the hotel shuttle service leaving every 15 minutes for airport runs.

Offered and took updated room in West Tower (concierge lounge in East Tower), checked in early and possibly switched towers so could not get King I reserved ... but others in my group checking in at regular time had king reserved and did not get either for some reason. The building I stayed in appeared to be an upgraded version of another hotel. Rooms were small, bathroom was small, but everything was clean. My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times, but this time I took my daughter-in-law and two grandsons (6 and 10). Our room had two beds and was poolside. We all had an amazing time!! Common areas are wonderful! Lobby, bar, indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym all provided a good experience. If you are an Elite Marriott member the top floor Lounge was fantastic.
