stayed here for one night during transit and room is in a very bad shape and needs fixing. Front desk is not very responsive. I will spend a few bucks more and stay at a nicer place next time! Don't recommend it

We booked a sunday night for $69! Therefore we were skeptical of what we'd get. The room was actually pretty clean! No piles of dust behind the headboard or in the corners. Newer furniture was nice. However there was a 1" gap jetween tub faucet and wall allowing water to get back there. That is shoddy plumbing and will lead...

Like others have already said, the hotel is in need of serious updates. Our room toilet ran all night long and the area around the shower looked like it had black mold around it. The worst part is that we stayed here for the airport shuttle specifically. When we arrived at the time we signed up for the night before,...

The hotel appears decent on the outside however inside, the carpet, walls, floor all very dirty, the room was the same. Hotel needs a serious upgrade on interior besides just the lobby. Dirty windows. malfunctioning heater.

I go to STL every few months and always choose to stay here. The staff is kind and helpful. The airport shuttle is very handy. The rooms have always been clean and contained everything I needed. The bed is comfortable. I never tried the breakfast, but you get a voucher for the restaurant next door which serves pancakes.

We needed a place close to the airport for one night. The free shuttle from the airport was the best thing I can say about this hotel. The TV was not working in the room when we arrived and the hotel staff was not able to figure out how to get it working. “No signal” from the cable box. The...

My car was broken into as well. This is not where you want to park your car!!!!!! My car had glass everywhere from the robbers breaking a window. I also stayed the night and alarms were going off at 6:00 in the morning. Not a good way to end a vacation.

This is a dangerous area. My car, along with several others, were broken into in their "secure" parking lot. I was paying them for airport parking and they would not pay for the damage to my car. DO NOT STAY HERE if you have anything valuable. They do not care about you or your belongings.
