The 5 Twelve is a very comfortable B&B in a historic mansion located within easy walking distance from The Square, Oxford's dining and shopping heart. Despite its proximity to the town center, the house was quiet and private. Breakfast in the morning was well-prepared and courteously served. The recently remodeled rooms have all the mod-cons (flat TV, wireless) except for...

This very comfortable bed and breakfast is only three blocks from the Square, making it easy to walk in for dinner, drinks and music. Our room was not large, but the bed was sublime with a memory foam-topped mattress. As in most old houses you can occasionally hear other guests coming and going in the hall, but overall it was...

I called this to reserve 2 rooms for my family for a weekend in September during a home non conference football game weekend after reading their website. My daughter is considering attending college there in a year. I was quoted the weekend rate that was the same as listed on the website. I booked these rooms and gave my cc...

This is a beautiful antebellum house which has been sympathetically renovated internally to provide stylish bedrooms. The house is a short (500yd) walk to the centre of Oxford yet on a quiet street and in a beautifully green setting. On arrival Ilean the hostess meets you with a beaming smile and genuine warmth. She also cooks the excellent breakfasts which...

We had a great stay at the 5 Twelve. Ilene and the owners are wonderful people. The rooms are great, breakfast was fantastic and we could not have been more comfortable unless we were at our own home. The house is beautiful and welcoming. We have stayed in many hotels and B&B's around the world but there is something special...

The 512 is within walking distance to the town of Oxford and is a renovated large home- the kind of place where you make notes of the interiors so you can try it at home. Our room was large with beautiful color combinations - and a pale green bathroom with cream tiles.. I'm guessing 12' ceilings on the second floor....

This location was perfect for our visit to Ole Miss. The staff and the breakfast was special. We will be returning often. Gracious Old South hospitality. A must try is the grits for an authentic experience. Love everything about this place.

Another wonderful stay at the 5 Twelve. If you like B&B's, you will love the 5 Twelve. Ilene takes care of you like you are part of her family. We had two rooms for two nights; Room Number 1, which is large and had a king sized bed, and Room 2, which is directly across the hall and has, I...

We were in Room 3 and had a very comfortable king size bed. The house itself is very nice and the downstairs is nicely appointed with art and antiques. Best part was the warm reception and fun conversations with Ilean the evening manager. The location is most convenient to beautiful downtown Oxford, the campus, Faulkner's house. We met several repeat...

The rooms are very nice, the beds are really good, but they are quite small. The breakfasts are wonderful, made to order and pretty quick. I was unhappy with the lock on the door to my room, it was flimsy and I felt I had to take my valuables with me everywhere I went. The B&B is close to the...

“There are only five guest rooms and a third floor studio suite. Because of the 5 Twelve's central location, closer to the Ole Miss campus and the historic Oxford Courthouse Square than any other hotel in town, each room is a premium. And breakfast is a big plus.”
