This hotel is steeped in 'olde wolde' charm and revels in some amazingly glamorous history. But its greatest asset is its staff. Donna and her team could not have been more welcoming and obliging - her kindness was second to none. The rooms were comfortable, clean and peaceful and the breakfast - in pleasant surroundings - was adequate , always...

Let me start out by saying that the staff could not be more intent on making sure their guests are happy and they will go out of their way to do so. Our room could be described as nothing other than "southern charm," and I always love when my accommodations reflect the local surroundings. It was clean and appeared to...

Loved this quiet, hidden, historic gem. We stayed the night and played golf on a super-reasonable package deal. I mentioned when I booked the visit that it was a surprise anniversary getaway for my husband. The staff is AMAZING! They took care of everything we possibly could need and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne. They are all...

This hotel has a lot of history and charm. It does need some TLC on the exterior. It's located on a golf course and backs up to the bayou for beautiful views. Breakfast is included, but it only consists of pastries, yogurt, oatmeal/grits and some fruits.

Historic hotel with friendly staff and great location close to the town of Ocean Springs. Quite location situated on the eighteenth green of adjacent golf coarse. Built in 1924 this jazz age hotel has played host to many famous guests in including Elvis Presley. Very nice saltwater swimming pool at the rear.

This is an eclectic and nostalgic place where one can see clearly the charm and glory of the good old days. It's a historic hotel, where Elvis once lived off and on while on tour. It was clean, well kept, and you could certainly see how it was a cut above back in the days when it was new. They...

We LOVED it. Gulf Hills is an historic landmark. If you're mature enough to enjoy privacy, peace and quiet look no further than this place. Especially treasured this private hotel after finding out that Elvis used to stay here, and Al Capone with his cronies. I remember mom and Grandmaw mentioning staying here back in the 50's and 60's. Being...

Ocean Springs held true to our expectations of charm, relaxation, romance interwoven with good eats, drinks and things to see. Gulf Hills was hospitable and refreshing, with a back story and unexpected convenience. Would do again!

Wonderful staff. Very Helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and neat. View of pool and lagoon was added amenity. The premises was neat, clean, and without loose trash on the ground. The pride of ownership is very evident. You leave knowing you have experienced old time luxury.
