hotel took reservation knowing they would be closed for renovations on the dates given. No answer on the phone, hotel is dark, no cars. Clearly is NOT open. Why would they take a reservation, credit card, name etc. knowing they would not be open. 10,000 are in the area for a conference and no hotel room available. I booked two...

We arrived in New Albany very late and it was the only room we could reserve because of a furniture convention in Tupelo. The night attendant was very nice and professional. This property is undergoing some renovations but everything is out of sight. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the pillows perfect....

Very nice hotel and room after a long day of travel. The people were helpful and very nice. It was an eat sleep and move on stay - breakfast was OK. The town itself was a bit sparse but finally found a nice Mexican restaurant where the food was good and I could have a cold beer.

We were driving from Little Rock to Carrollton, GA and stopped to spend the night in New Albany at the Comfort Inn. It is located right off Hwy 78 and was nice & clean for our one night stay. The breakfast was okay, enough to get us started on the road. For the price and the purpose, it was just...

Our truck broke down and we needed a place we could walk to. The desk clerk was super friendly. The room smelled like urine and wasn't very clean. Breakfast was average but the kitchen staff never broke a smile. .

Decent place to stay for overnight as it was clean and comfortable not a high end motel but hey price was right and I would stay again if I am in the area! Would recommend it for an overnight stay! Breakfast was basic but again what do you expect for the price.

This was ok for a one night stay but I would not stay there again. It smelled of cigarettes and mildew. The AC unit looked like it had mold growing on the filter. It was outdated and needed a remodel. The breakfast was good but the staff looked like they were bothered by having to work that day. Overall, it...

I have some accounts that I call on in the New Albany area and have usually stayed in another hotel. They raised their rates so I begin to look around and found this hotel. It's a little dated. However it is very clean and the help was very courteous. I rated it as one of the best in the area.

I stayed in this hotel to attend softball games. I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. The carpet and tub a little worn but overall was very satisfied with my room. I plan to stay here when ever in area.

We were looking for a room in Tupelo, MS, but fortunate that every hotel we tried was filled. We looked at a map and New Albany had a Comfort Inn. They offered us a king room with a microwave and frig for a very reasonable rate. It has been great traveling with Choice Hotels. The beds have been comforable and...
