Awful stay! The rooms smelled bad; bathroom floor dirty and no towels in any of our three rooms on arrival. We had to beg for towels our entire stay and the ones we did get were dingy gray. The bed linens were also dingy gray and smelled bad; ink marks on duvet cover. Also, a new motel is under construction...

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff at the check-in desk were super friendly, the room was clean and smelled delightfully fresh (I really liked the air freshener that was used, it smelled so good!), and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was also clean with plenty of towels. And the air conditioning worked like...

I stay at this hotel often because I have family in the area. This time I was in Room 425 at the far corner of the building. I never could get wi-fi...I guess the signal wasn't strong enough. The front desk told me to call the 800 number which I did - they said everything was fine on their end....

Very affordable and friendly service. Room was nice and clean but had a weird smell. Conflict with the method of payment was eventually resolved.

We were not pleased with the condition of the room. The bathtub wouldn't drain, the shower curtain rod was broken allowing floor to get extremely wet. The front door had a gap that was allowing light in during the night.

Everything was great except the bathroom. There were black hairs on all of the towels, and the shower wasn't hot at all.

We were very happy and satisfied with our stay at baymont hattiesburg. Everything was perfect from front desk staff to breakfast. Will stay here again and recommend this hotel to anybody visiting hattiesburg
