Spent two nights there, had no other options to move to another room or motel as everything was booked. My bed was the best part of the deal it was ok. Now the bath room was terrible. The plumbing was loose and the shower head loose. The ceiling had mold yes mold. The ceiling had been wet and not repaired. The in house coffee pot was missing the coffee pot portion. The television was very old and outdated. The breakfast they advertise is non existing. The clerk told me the locals steal everything they put out. And last but not least my last day there I had to dispose of a live cockroach.. So no I would never never stay there again.

My wife, children and I stayed on the way to Fla.
We got a room with two twin beds and it was good.
Free wireless internet and breakfast included.
Made coffee in the room. Cool and clean. I would recommend it.

The only rooms the hotel had were rooms with king size beds. So when we got there they confirmed whether or not we would like a roll away bed.
We said no and decided to go without it. When we got into our room it was so small you could barely move. If we had gotten the roll away bed there wouldnt have been anywhere to put it. The bathroom was very small. Another dissapoint ment was our first nites dinner. It was advertised that there was a Perkins family restaurant next door at the Holiday Inn. It was advertised in papers and brochures at our hotel room, and the sign for it was very small and looked like a Perkins sign. We didnt realize until we got our menus that it wasnt a Perkins but a Pelicans. The only good part of the hotel was the continental breakfast. It had a good variety of food and was "deluxe" as advertised. If you plan on spending more than sleeping time at your hotel this probably isnt a good hotel to stay at.

As I walked into the room I noticed the flooring had shifted and you could see the floor below through the gaps. The smoke alarm was ripped from the wall and put on the desk and the outlet cover was removed from the electrical. There were bugs on the floor and on the counters. The toilet constantly leaked on the floor and the tub looked like someone painted it with spray paint. The lights were corroded and the light shades were burned with whatever they were smoking. There is so much more that is wrong with this place that I photographed and videoed for corporate to see. In my opinion your better off sleeping in a box under a bridge

This was the most horrific experience I have ever had with a motel.I don't know how the other Red Roof Inn's are across this country but the one in Gulfport, MS was horrible.Their website was very deceiving. They claimed to have redone the rooms and when we got there the room didn't even look like the picture on their website. The refrigerator did not work, when we sat down on the bed you could feel the springs coming through. The bathroom was disgusting and the floor was so slippery my wife almost fell several times. We were there about 30 minutes at the most and decided to find another motel. Oh also the TV didn't work. When I went to the front desk the manager said that we had to be out right away and she was going to charge me for 1 night. But they changed us for 4 days which is what we originally were going to stay. We have tried unsecessfully to get our money back. So Red Roof Inn just took our money from us. My recommendation is to not make your reservation online because they take the money out immediately and go to the motel and ask to see the room before you book it. We will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

Half the lights didn't work. Housekeeping didn't come in to clean the room after the first day. My twin brother had to get more soap and shampoo from front desk since they didn't understand that two adults were staying in the room. Bath towels were the size of hand towels. Breakfast consisted of pancakes, no syrup with sausage. I've stayed in many Red Roof Inns over the years and this was the worst one.

The Room was spotted with mildew/mold or unidentifiable black substance. I checked out 15 minutes after checking in. The front desk clerk did give me a full refund and was pleasant and apologetic. But beyond that it should be closed until properly cleaned or renovated.

This hotel was definitely not up to the usual Holiday Inn Express Standard. The staff were unfriendly, the room smelled and was run down. I was so wary of the place, that I actually pushed the desk in front of the adjoining room door. The breakfast area was not clean.

I'm convinced that [some of] the reviews here that are so negative are actually reflective of the Holiday Inn nearby. This property was clearly built as a motel - *not* a nursing home! Granted my stay there was a while ago, but it seemed pretty decent to me. The happy hour staff was very, very generous - topping up free drinks, etc. The location was fine, and I don't recall any jet noise.

One incident did strike me as "off" though: the desk clerk mentioned that she was very low on change as she'd been giving a lot out for laundry. I asked why they did not put in a change machine, and was rather startled by her reply that there was too much of a risk of its being broken into.

I booked the room through Hotels Tonight(Expedia). The worse mistake EVER! The lobby was very nice and updated. I was in Biloxi and didn’t notice that the hotel was about 35 minutes away! Mistake #1! After you complete the booking then they tell you that it’s non-refutable-that’s #2; I was given a room that faces the 2nd building that was not being used due to needed repairs-#3;once we got to the room, it was decent but the curtains were pulled off rid and hanging, there was a humidifier in the bath running, rust was on the metal frame over the connecting room door, and the ice bucket lid was soiled! The property seem to be recovering from the hurricane! To sum it up-pass by this one running!
