We stayed at your property on April 24, 2021 and it was the worst experience we have ever had with a hotel.
Hotel was very run down. We were given room 105. We went to the room with our luggage and as we walked down the walkway, there were garbage cans overflowing and really looked nasty.
Room wasn’t even ready. The bed hadn’t been made & floor was filthy. I looked for a phone to call the desk but there wasn’t a phone. We went back to the window. We were going to take a refund and get another hotel but I got on my app & and couldn’t find another hotel so we let her assign us another room.
This next room was room 205. We are non-smokers so I always request a nonsmoking room. As soon as we entered the room, we could smell the stale cigarette smoke. bedspread was wrinkle like it had been half assed made & had cigarette burns in it. Bath tub was filthy and there weren’t any towels. Carpet was filthy, torn and nasty. Drapery had stains all over. There were holes in the ceiling & walls. It looked like a room that they rent by the hour.
We go back to the window. She said she would have towels delivered to our room and have the tub cleaned and spray air freshener. We didn’t even take our suitcase to the room because I didn’t want them to stink. When we got back to room later that night, there were bath towels but no hand towels & the bathtub was still filthy & the room didn’t smell like any air freshener had been sprayed.
We had a 6 hour trip back home so we laid the bath towels on the bed, laid down in our clothes. I even slept in my shoes because I didn’t want my feet on the filthy carpet. There were people outside the whole night talking and making a lot of noise. We had been drinking so we just tried to get some sleep, which we didn’t, and we got up at 3 am to head back home.
I urge you to not fall for the scam and DO NOT stay in this hotel.

We were put in a non smoking room even though we booked a smoking room and we were told that was the only room they had available, but there were ashes on the floor, there was no fire alarm only wires hanging from the ceiling, ironing board with no cover, no iron, the bathtub was so filthy, face and bath towels were stained & dingy, 2 of the 4 pillows had brand new white cases on them and the toilet was sitting on 2 stilts and it was a hole in wall behind toilet that look like someone tried to repair something. It was 2 a.m. when we arrived and we had so many complaints that lasted until around 345 due to us being tranferred from place to place. We were told we couldn't get our money back so we had no other choice but to stay there and no money to purchase any other hotel room with that night plus I was overcharged. We were told that with my membership discount our total for 2 nights would be $150. I was being charged $207. We booked room through Expedia and looking at pictures that were on website regarding Wyndham Days Inn Gulfport, (we figured the room would be nice because we stayed at Wyndham Wingate in Gulfport last year and that hotel was so nice). As soon as you drive into parking lot at Days Inn you see bumps and it's all patched up and most of the cars we saw parked looked abandoned. The lady at counter that wee hours of morning was nice and so was the housekeeping lady we met the next morning but the manager that morning was not such a pleasant person at all. I could not believe that hotel was a product of Wyndham and that was first time we never enjoyed our stay. That particular hotel should be renovated or knocked down! We took several pictures as well.

This motel was so misrepresented on the website that I almost thought I was at the wrong motel. They advertised full breakfast but that was a lie because their lobby had been CONDEMNED by the health department according to the desk clerk. He said the only reason they allowed us to check in in the lobby was because it was raining. The desk clerk and “manager” both had a very difficult time checking people in on the computer, initially telling me that they did not have the rooms that I had booked over a month ago. After finding the rooms the manager rushed to my room to add pillows because it seemed that they had a “pillow shortage”. When we get to our “nonsmoking room” it reeked of smoke and was so nasty! There were 3 wall mounted lamps in the room and none of them worked. They had added a floor lamp but it provided very little light. The carpets were stained, the fridge was moldy, the shower/tub was disgusting, the bedspread had tears and cigarette burns, and the door was peeling and cracked. We paid $133 dollars a night for this dump!
My mother in law was in a room on the 3rd floor in the same state of nastiness but had the added bonus of finding a marijuana joint roach in her bedding and had some one from the adjoining room slide a note under the door offering to sell her drugs!!!! I could not recommend more strongly that no one stay here. Let them continue to do business with drug dealers and such. We had to stay there because once we arrived there were no more available motel rooms at any motels within 50 miles.

I don’t have a trip advisor account. This hotel made me need to make an account just to leave a truly terrible review of this Days Inn. Unless you’re a drug dealer or just have a death wish, never ever stay here. I know the price point of $75 is tempting but please shell out the extra $20 to stay at another nicer, safer hotel just down the street. Upon check in the receptionist had first walk all the way down to our room to “check” the room before actually checking in. She had everyone do this as though we were gonna find a dead body in it. The room was “fine” after driving 12 hours that day and just needing to sleep. The room reeked of cigarettes (non smoking my ass) and had holes everywhere. Holes in the comforter, the curtains, the walls and ceilings all had lovely holes punched out of it. Cigarette marks on the shower (unless you wanna catch sepsis, just shower at your next location) the sheets were 100% not changed from the guests before us, maybe even from the person before them, as I found hair and small pills of black something. The noise was nothing less than expected but not terrible. We were able to sleep a few hours before the receptionist women BANGED on our door at 6 am. She was doing this to every door to see if they were the owners of the tow truck in the parking lot. Pissed and disoriented we just left and got an early start on driving. While checking out there was no acknowledgement of the “wake up call”. Customer service is in no way their strong suit, in fact it’s not even in their realm of things they care about. Never ever stay at this terrible terrible place.

We stay at Days Inns frequently are are normally satisfied with the experience. This was scary from the moment we pulled in the parking lot. The building looks nice outside, but there were questionable looking people hanging around everywhere. Upon inspection, the carpet in the room was dirty, it smelled bad in the supposedly non smoking room and the bathroom floor was dirty and there were cigarette butts on the floor. We feared having our pickup truck broken into if we stayed and we couldn't quite imagine sleeping and showering in that room. We went back to the office and told the clerk and he did refund our money, thankfully. Then we went a block up the street to the Super 8, which was excellent!

Horrible smell in the room, nasty hair in the toilet seat, bed covers full of holes and stains. Counters had not been even wiped. Refridgerator had nasty food left overs in it. No toilet paper. The list is longer, just tired of writing. Very sad that they have let it go to this condition and they wanted $109/night. We paid $44 via booking.com and we were supposed to have light breakfast, coffee/tea in the room etc. Nope, they didn't have anything but nastiness and dust everywhere. Absolutely lowest experience ever. The girl in the reception was nice and she wanted us to go see the rooms before we accepted them.

I called them directly to book my room, first off when I saw Days inn by Wyndham I thought it would be nice, and it was very close to our event, the person on the phone made it sound just like I thought it should, I even upgraded when he told me they had a room with a jacuzzi tub ($109.00 a night), but when we got there guest on the 2nd floor balcony were sitting on ice chest like it was a front porch, guest coming in the office (no shoes, no shirts) getting ice from an ice chest, digging in it with cups, they could have told us the ice machine was out of service, the jacuzzi was dirty, bed look like someone had just gotten out of it, comforter was old outdated and looked stink. I ended up in a room with two queen beds, the tub was so damaged it looked filthy, the face bowl was all cracked up. I went to Walmart I brought bleach spray, lysol, frebreeze, pillows, and face towels (their towels and linen in the second room was all new). I refused to bath in that tub, I has to wash in the face bowl after cleaning it up, the next morning I found an acrylic nail a full nail on the floor, just sad and they made it clear that we could not get our money back, had to pay at check in, thought that was weird but we were all tired and needed to rest for our event. For service I gave average only because of Ashleigh (front desk).
I have a video and pictures

Best thing about my stay was check-out time. There is a Shrimp Basket next door, which is a plus. The racket from the room next door was disturbing; the crying and wailing from the drug-addled couple staying there, lamenting the poor quality of dope they bought, is something I don't need to hear. The cleaning lady had a little dog that followed her into each room. The door handle came off in my hand, and it took me 10 minutes to get out.

DO NOT STAY here!!! It is disgusting! Safety is a concern as well, very poorly lit parking and outdoor stairwells. It smelled. BAD! It had holes in the wall, carpeting was severely stained, furniture was mismatch and abused like it came from the side of the road. The front desk was very helpful and offered to let us “look” at the room before we settled in. When we came back they were very gracious and apologetic and gave me back my non-refundable payment! They are under new management and have a remodel underway. Maybe someday it will be better.
