I stayed here during hurricane duty, driving into NOLA for 3 weeks. This place is a bargain but the neighborhood was rough... was awakened several nights by fights, a guy with a machete screaming, people coming in/out at all hours, etc. The office staff was not a pleasant crew to work with either. If cost is the only issue then maybe stay here but slept with your Glock.

I guess you get what you pay for! Had a group of us stay for 3 nights in multiple rooms and no one cleaned the room the entire time. In fact, didn't look as if too much cleaning attention was given prior to our stay. Shower curtain was slimy and covered in mildew , towels were torn and dirty, refrigerator rusty and smelly. Some rooms didn't have any toilet paper nor towels. Had to bring dirty towels to front desk personnel in order to get new and clean ones and they were rude and seemed inconvenienced. And yes this was the case for all the rooms and one room saw cockroach! Very unprofessional staff and rude

Nasty. Stay in your car, with a friend, any other establishment or in the garden section of Walmart instead of staying here. Bed linens were filthy, towels were the size of face rags, bare minimum furniture. Will NEVER stay here again.

I stayed at inn town. Had good trip. It is conventionally locate to the outlet mall, Walmart, many restaurants. I will recommend this hotel to family AND friends. If your looking fo a place to relax this is it.

I’m so aggravated with this place. I payed them 250 bucks to stay here for a week. Before I payed I asked the guy that was working the desk about they’re pet policy. He tells me they have no pet policy. I walk into my room with my cat! The following evening I get a knock on the door from the manager. He was completely rude and arrogant from the start! He told me that I had to remove my pet in 24hrs and that I wouldn’t be refunded for my remaining days I payed for. I told him your front desk clerk insured me that you all had no pet policy in play. He stated it doesn’t matter what his employee said, he would not be giving me my money back. I called they’re so called customer service line, they were no help! I will be contacting the better business bureau about this establishment and this manger with no customer service skills what so ever!

Nothing was ever cleaned. The manager was extremely rude when I spoke to him about the room being dirty and how there is mold as well as dust in the room. The none smoke rooms all smell like smoke. They refused to give us new towels or bedsheets.

I went into Half-shell today and I had the best experience ever. The Margarita was really tasty and the service was on point. Thank you Kaylyn for the great service. 😊. I will be back to see Kaylyn. 😊

We rented for a week. DISGUSTING !! non- smoking room smelled terrible. There were roaches, mold or mildew.
We asked for a clean set of towels and sheets we were told by Anthony to wash them. I called another location and we were told everything they were doing isn’t part of their policy.
