The a/c could not keep up. A couple of windows had been boarded up. Two roaches were present during our long weekend stay. Paint and ceiling had a lot of peeling. Not going to waste my time with the rest. Will never stay in this villa complex again.

Stayed here the entire month of February in a two bedroom, second floor condo. The condo was nicely laid out, both bedrooms large. Full kitchen, though a little short on cupboard space for food. Good supply of dishes, pans and utensils. Washer/Dryer in the unit. The unit we stayed in had absolutely no view from the balcony (just neighbor garages), so if we stayed again, we'd ask for something in a different area of the complex. The complex is located right on the Gulfport/Biloxi city limits, so it is easy to get any where in the two cities. The beach is an easy two block walk. The complex is gated, with key/code access. TVs in both bedrooms and large screen in living room. Very comfortable overall for a long stay. The only problem we had was with the dryer vent and when we reported the problem, maintenance staff promptly showed up, but after maintenance, the dryer quit working.

The 2 story villa condo was perfect for our family which included 6 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant. The unit we rented was nicely laid out. There were 2 bathrooms, three bedrooms and a very well appointed kitchen. (One king suite with Jacuzzi tub, and the smaller rooms each had a queen bed.) The villas sit back off the main highway, but quite close to a railroad track. I love trains so the late night whistle did not bother me, but it might others. A 2 car garage is available to the unit and there seems to be ample outdoor parking as well. There were a few minor maintenance issues such as a shower door that didnt latch-but the unit is up to date and nice. A new sleeper couch would be a great addition for the unit. In the winter, crossing highway 90 to the beach is not an issue, but it it a long block's walk to the crosswalk for busier seasons. We didnt use the Legacy pools or hottubs this time, but they looked clean and well maintained. The unit we rented was 1602. We would definitely go back!

First floor 2 bedroom 2 bath large condo with single car garage. I wish I could stop there. The unit above is rented and it sounds like they’re coming thru the ceiling any minute. It’s constant, from early morning to late night. Loud stomping, kids running around, dropping large objects and sounds like moving furniture—all day! There’s a train track right behind this condo that blares the horn but it’s not near as annoying as the people upstairs. The common areas are nice but I would only stay at this complex in an upstairs unit and at the front away from the train.

The villa we stayed in was very nice and the grounds were beautiful, but the property manager was quite rude when we went in the office to talk with her about parking in the complex. We were given conflicting information from another complex employee and ultimately our car was towed from an appropriate parking space, ruining our evening and causing much hassle. After trying to talk with her for a couple of days, the president of the HOA board says she will refund our towing bill as the tow company confirmed they removed our car from a parking space, but she still blames us and the owner of the individual villa we rented. The board president gave no apology for the property manager’s rudeness nor for the headaches caused. We won’t stay there again and I don’t know that I’ll get my husband to return to this state!

If you like the smell of mold, filthy carpeting & the occasional cockroach you will love this place. Too bad, could be much nicer. Try not to deal with Biloxi Beach Resorts as a rental agency. The concept of good housekeeping has escaped them. Most other renters we spoke with suffering from the same type of problem. We had unit 2304, avoid this one until they gut and re-do the entire place.

We came here for our anniversary, and this was so worth the money! The place we rented was beautiful, spacious and so much more than if we had stayed in a hotel: 3 bedrooms, beautiful furnishings and updated atmosphere, plus a TV in every room and just about every kitchen appliance you could want. It was also less money than a hotel would have cost us. It is walking distance to the beach, and the grounds are lovely. My only complaint is that a lot of tenants do not pick up after their dogs, and leave it to me to be walking mine and step in someone else's mess. Get that issue corrected, and the place is perfect.

If you require a room to be ready when you arrive, a clean place to stay wout maintenance concerns such as an outlet hanging off the wall, and a pool that is a billboard for bacteria this probably isn't the place for you. Unless you are staying for an extended amount of time and need the space I would look for a hotel.

We recently stayed in condo 2002. The condo was well appointed, clean, and up to date. We will definitely be returning, hopefully for a longer stay.

The property grounds and management staff were wonderful. We could enjoy the beach, the pool, the community bbq. Lots of activities nearby, and lots of opportunity to just relax and let the family safely do their own thing.

I'm not sure about all the reviews complaining of maintenance and dirty pools - that was definitely not the case. Perhaps they arrived after a storm.

Stayed July 2013

We stayed in condo 1806. The condo was clean and spacious. My daughter and granddaughter stayed with us. Each had their own bedroom which was nice. I liked the fact the bedrooms were a distance and separated from the living-room and kitchen. Our granddaughter could take a nap and go to bed in the evening and we did not disturb. My other daughter and her family were staying close by, so people were in and out often.

We loved the location to the pool. There are two nice pools, but we only stayed at the pool that was kid friendly. It was never overcrowded. We were across the street from the beach. (Most of the condos are). The beach was never too crowded and they were clean. There is a place to rent chairs and umbrella's so we did not have to take much with us.

We had such a good time, we were wishing we had stayed longer.

Do the rooms have jetted tubs?
Answer from John C

I know they do not allow boats or trailers of any kind on the property, there is a lot between the Villas and the towers that is rented out for overflow parking sometimes, but you need to get with your rental agent about the possibility of parking there.
