The owners are fantastic, as is the dog. The views are to die for. The bedroom is comfy and funky and fun. I really did not want to leave it. The food was fabulous. I had specific dietary requirements and they were all met. Wonderful, wonderful , wonderful

This is a wonderful place to stay. Warm welcome from David who was running the show whilst the owners were away, simply fantastic room with views out the bay, hammocks to recline in and table & chairs to sip the bubbly at and enjoy the vista. The room decor was beautiful, comfortable bed and various great little touches like the...

We stayed here on our first night on the Queen Charlotte track walk. What a welcome relief it was to see their sign after a fairly vigorous walk from Ship Cove. We were welcomed by Gary who offered us a cold beer and wine which we gladly accepted as we admired the amazing view on the deck beside Furneaux wharf....

My boyfriend and I stayed at the No Road Inn recently, and we did not want to leave! Hosts Gary and Barbara (and dog Archie) went above and beyond to make our stay an absolute highlight of our NZ trip. Upon arrival after our first day of the track we were met by Gary who informed us he had '"just...

Just back from 3 days and 2 nights at No road inn. Bliss! Fabulous start to the queen Charlotte track and beautifully sunny. Lovely welcome drink on arrival and a chat on the porch with hosts and dog Archie. Food in the evening was excellent and an opportunity to catch up with fellow walkers and hosts too. The best thing...

Our group of 3 couples stayed at the No Road Inn after our first day on the QCT. Gary met us with a beer as we arrived on a hot afternoon which was greatly appreciated. The rooms are very large, clean and well appointed. The deck upstairs outside two of the rooms was a great place to sit and enjoy...

We stayed at the No Road Inn for the first night of our walk along the Queen Charlotte Track. Garry and Barbara made us very welcome in their delightful home. We arrived on a particularly wet day and Garry was most helpful, stuffing our boots with newspaper and generally drying us out. Our bedroom was spacious, beautifully appointed with lovely...

We stayed at the No Road Inn for the first night of the Queen Charlotte Track walk we organised through Wilderness Guides. This unique 4 guest-room B&B was one of the highlights of our trip. Gary was a great host, he and Barb prepared a lovely evening meal for us all which we enjoyed with some local wines. We also...

A beautiful place to stay and so glad we decided to take the Boutique 3 day walk package which allowed us to stay 2 nights in this wonderful part of the world. As the owners were away David looked us like we were royalty, having our own chef cook us 4 course meals each night using lovely fresh produce and...

We stayed here 1 night after our first day on the QCT. Our room was outstanding and the gorgeous bath looking out over the bush just sublime. Beautiful food and wine cooked and served by Gary and Barb supervised by Archie. I was having foot problems and Gary went the extra mile organising Blister Plasters to be transported to our...
