We were pleased with the accomadations. The bed was a little firm for me but my granddaughter said it was ok for her. The receptionist was very polite and helpful during our stay. If you check in late in the day you will have to go out to find something to eat.

This hotel was excellent. Our room and the entire facility were very clean. They provided excellent beds & linens, great hot breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights instead of 2 because of comfort.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. There were a few issues that took away one star. The fan in the bathroom was so loud that we couldn’t keep it on. Since the light only works with the fan, we had to use a flashlight or just use the light and turn off as soon as the light was no longer needed. The hair dryer was broken and almost started on fire before I could turn it off and unplug it. The bathroom door needs some serious greasing. It sounds nit picky but really disrupted our sleep. There are no overhead lights in the main part of the room. All the lighting is from floor or desk lamps, and lights on each side of the bed. They were very bright, which would normally be good. But it was like looking at an oncoming car’s brights rather than softer, overhead lights. Finally, the breakfast had great potential. But get there early unless you like lukewarm, dried up eggs and sausages. For the price, we would stay again. Just with a different room, and an early breakfast.…

The owner and staff are very friendly and go above expectations to make your stay enjoyable. We have always chosen this location as it's by a multitude of amenities. Although we were there for a funeral, the comfort of the room was welcoming to come back to.

Not in the best location, whole place smelled of weed, loud. Would not recommend. Lady that checked us in was nice but that was about it. Left early morning just to get out of the place even tho we had a late check out time.

We stayed at this Best Western during our family reunion trip to Canton. The staff was amazing and friendly. The breakfast was great. My kids loved the pancake machine. The pool was spacious and clean.

This has been one of the best hotels we have been to, the front desk was extremely helpful. The room was clean. Bed was super comfortable and furniture was brand new. We will definitely stay at Best Western when we travel.

As a diamond member, you would expect more professionalism. The bed smelled like smoke and the sink was missing part of the handle. Breakfast was not as good as other Best Westerns. The hot food looked old and the cereal tasted stale. It’s the little things that make a difference.

Booked for three nights, only stayed one and that was out of desperation. Stayed at our house with no power because it was a million miles better than staying at this hotel. Dirty, dated and reeking of pot and cigarette smoke. Breakfast was a joke, internet was down, truly the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

This was great everything was close by I loved the fact that there was a staff on hand all the time and it was a change man made me feel safe. I would highly recommend it to anybody plus the breakfast was phenomenal
