Detailed Reviews
We spent nine days at the Palace Casino Resort last week. We had an amazing visit. The staff was helpful, cheerful, and well organized. The buffet had great selections and good food. Again, the service was top notch.
We were able to play with the grandchildren at the pool during the day and enjoyed the casino in the evening.
Wahoo’s opened the last day we were there and we highly recommend the food. The fruit tray was great and everything was very reasonably priced.
The gift shop had a wide variety of products at a very reasonable price.
The staff were constantly cleaning and sanitizing all gaming locations, elevators, door handles, everything. They took our safety very seriously.
We are returning this month for my birthday and we can’t wait to enjoy another great experience and make more memories!
Here are some pictures of the helpful staff

We spent 3-nights at the Palace Casino Resort in Biloxi, MS. The hotel we normally use was booked solid and we were in town for a concert at the IP Casino. Rooms were not available at the IP when we checked. The Palace is the only No Smoking casino in Biloxi and it smelled clean and fresh since smoking was not allowed. There was a smoking lounge available for smokers. The rooms were smoke free and quite large. They had an in closet safe for valuables and bottled water was left daily. The cafe is 24 hours available and has a full menu. Some of the cooked items such as pancakes tasted of the same grease from other items being cooked. The parking was satisfactory but signage is awful. All signs lead to Valet parking and the close garage entrance is blocked by the Valet. It took two day to find they had another garage entrance poorly marked. Exterior parking resulted in a long walk in the rain. Overall our stay was pleasant and we would stay there again if the regular casino we visit is not available.

We were passing through Biloxi on our way back home and had been told of the Palace and being "smoke free". DIVINE for someone who cannot stomach the smell of stale cigarette smoke. We walked around looking at the many machines and finally settled at the far end playing video poker. We enjoyed playing (and donating a little). Drinks flowed and staff was continuously coming around placing fingertip wet towels on the seats for customers to use to wipe off the machine before beginning play. We were there on a Monday evening probably just at dinner time and it was not overly crowded and I could even talk to my husband seated not too far away. Parking was very easy and a short walk over to the casino.

I just finished four nights at the palace and this is my third stay in the past few years. so many great things about this hotel, but it needs to be brought up to par. One of the nights we stayed was $400 and I expect a certain level of amenities for such a rate. Non-smoking casino is definitely a plus. I got a deluxe room with a view and I would say that it wasn’t much bigger than a normal room; the bathroom was quite small the bathtub is not anything you can soak in although it’s not advertise is such. I would definitely recommend you bring your own toilet paper and towels and your own pillows because the ones that we had were horrible. When I contacted management, George, the response was why didn’t you ask for better? OK so how am I supposed to know to ask for a better? you should already have better if it’s available. The pool is a definite selling point for me it’s a great location you can order drinks and food from the bar and it’s decent. But they do have it posted the kids are not swimming at 8:30 and no one made any attempts to ask kids to honor this and leave during that time. When we came down at 8:30 specifically for adults only swimming my husband tried to get their attention and towels that everyone was too busy sitting around on their iPhones . I’ll make mention that I spent a lot of time at the pool during this four-day trip and not one time did I see a management personnel walk by to make sure that everyone was doing what they were supposed to or that everything was going smoothly. And honestly as a hotel patron I don’t want to be on my phone contacting management telling people how to do their jobs that’s not what I’m therefore I’m there to relax and be on vacation. Makenzie at the pool was very helpful during the daytime on several days as well as our wait person but I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. When we left the area it had not been cleaned up as the reviewer before me mentioned. There are just too many staff members sitting around doing nothing at the end of the day and on their phones ! Other times the pool wait staff went above and beyond.also a few times the elevator banks didn’t have hand sanitizer it was either completely missing or not full and I think that’s a small thing and very easy to keep up with. George mentioned that he would get back with me to try to offer something to alleviate some of this but of course I never heard back. This hotel has so much potential could easily be a four-star hotel instead of a three. Sad. I’ve been all over the world to the Dominican Republic, to the Baja Peninsula to playa Del Carmen and if you would asked me before this trip where my hands down favorite place was this would’ve been it.

I liked the pool area! I loved the band outside and to be able to order drinks poolside. That was literally the only thing I liked. The pool was at over capacity when I was there. It was at least 60 people in that pool. Meaning there was no social distancing. People sneezing and coughing it was too much. Our beds and pillows were so damn hard. We told the front desk and that smart mouth mf talking bout go to Walmart and purchase a matress pad. We paid $411 for that room we not buying anything. Who tells guests that? Then she said they needed to update there beds. The hotel is kinda dated and those beds had our bodies literally hurting. The room service is the latest room service I have ever had. She comes after 10 every day and services empty rooms before asking occupied rooms do they need towels. We had to find her all 3 days. The hotel set up can be confusing especially trying to find the pool. The parking garage is dangerous. People driving so fast and the wrong direction is a collision waiting to happen. Change front desk attendant, her mouth is smart. Won't stay again

I ate at the buffet tonight and the food was delicious. The chefs did a great job getting our food out, their customer service was great and nice. The Manger was Jackie and she made everything very pleasing, her staff was professional, kind and very helpful. My server was Rebecca, She checked on us and made sure we was ok. The only concern we had was the busser wasn’t cleaning Or sanitizing the chairs so we asked Jackie about it and she did say that the busser should have done it and she was going to fix it. The price was very affordable and I was very satisfied. I would recommend this place if you are visiting Biloxi,Ms.

The room was a large corner unit with large windows along both sides with views. Nicely decorated and very large for only 79$. The casino was smoke free and socially distanced which made it relaxing during this time. The palace buffet was excellent and well worth the price many tasty options.above average food on the hot islands. Good seafood and beef options. One of better buffets. The only negative was dessert section. Not to my liking with many sheet cakes and frozen pies but i was full anyhow. I would stay, gamble and eat here again.

I called on Jan 24th to make a reservation for Sat Jan. 25th and received a verbal, and minutes later, a text confirmation as I had done several times prior. I did not read text (my mistake). My spouse & I arrived at 7pm on Sat., driving from out of state, and was told at check in that no reservation existed. I promptly asked if she would like my conformation number and proceeded to pull up text on phone only to find they made reservation for Friday night (the same night I called.) I was told the hotel was full, period, no apology for inconvenience or anything, Not even an offer of any kind for assistance with another hotel availability. I was shocked at the absence of customer service. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was handed a personal cell phone. When I asked what was this, I was told the desk manager. I asked to speak to someone in person, and was told no manager was on duty. I then asked for contact info for the General Manager, and rather than a business card, I was given a sticky note with the general hotel number and manager's name (George Alexander). Hoping to give this business another opportunity to act professional, I then went to the host office, where the host didn't even bother to take my information. Lucky for me and my spouse, because of my playing status at other casinos, we were able to secure a room at another casino resort within three minutes. The moral of the story, read your confirmation details, and if you want a hotel with even an ounce of customer service, avoid the PALACE CASINO RESORT!

Very nice, very clean, friendly staff. Smoke free. 3 craps table a virtual one where you sit and bet however actually throw the dice and 2 others with dealers. THe tables are not too bouncy. They provide sanitizing wipes at the slot machines. Buffet was good, they have a wok so you can create your own meals. They have soups, salads, sushi (spicy tuna has a kick), cakes.

We visited the Palace Casino on our trip to Biloxi and it was a great experience. They have separated their machines due to the Covid-19 virus and have kept the casino extremely clean and of course No Smoking helps. They also have opened their buffet where you just walk the buffet and point out what you want and servers place it on a plate and hand it to you. Everything is encased from the general public at the Buffet. They also cook to order. If you have had enough of breathing smoke and broken promises of cleanliness like at the Hard Rock Casino and the worst Beau Rivage Casino where almost nothing but gambling is open then the Palace is the place to go.
