Great roads. Plowed and marked well. Friendly people. Resort has bar & grill. Resort store has bait and tackle plus anything you may have forgotten or need. Igloo bar out on the ice. Many fish caught and the fish are always biting.

BRING THE LYSOL! Don't forget sheets to go over the sleeping matts, your own toilet paper, bring enough fishing line for 12 rattle reels because theirs can't reach the bottom of the lake. Also its $17 for 2 scoops of fat heads and a scoop...More

Misread your question - ignore my previous post. I would assume it's closed around Labor Day for the winter.
