We have been going to TI for years and this was the worst experience. The renovations are beautiful but the staffing is terrible. Room was nice but dirty...edging of the carpet is desparately needed due to the line of dust bunnies around the walls, garbage under the desk, bottle cap on the floor, there were even quarters on the table....

The rooms need to be renovated. The wallpaper needs taken down and the walls need fresh paint, the furniture needs replaced from being nicked over time, the beds/pillows are just worn out, the carpet is discolored and the bathroom floor is just disgusting. As far as the casino; I feel if they just had a better ventilation system or more...

Booked a room for our anniversary and we're quoted a price of 101.00 on the phone, at check they wanted 180.00, then 140.00 then argued with my wife about an email. Stayed for the crab legs at trade winds which are always pretty good on Thursdays and went home. Saved a bunch of money we had planned to spend.

as rooms are about twice as much overpriced compared to other hotels. I feel you don't get much in return for money you spend here. After spending about $200 you can get comped a beer. or one dollar slot play...whoop! the atmosphere is quite nice. nice coffee shop. Mongo bay is ok, staff there are awesome. Currents restaurant is kinda...

Terrible place to play poker. I was there last night and they had a guy who was speaking a different language to his wife while he was in the hand. I brought up that it was English only at the table and I was asked to leave because I was "picking" on him. if you want a decent game head...

On February 5, 2017, Mr Rising, the individual who posted this review, was playing poker. The incident was documented and reported by two of our dealers. Mr Rising wanted to change the limit at the table to a higher limit and another guest at the table did not want this change. Mr Rising then began harassing this other guest and...

We visited Treasure Island to see Collective Soul and have an adult get-a-way, which was a Christmas gift to my hubby. When we arrived, I was shocked to be reminded that our room was almost $300 for ONE NIGHT!!!!! They said it was because it was a concert weekend, which is probably every weekend anyway. (Yes, my fault as I...

Saturday night in the middle of January, the casino was crowded and smoke filled. They do have a couple of areas that are non smoking, but they are not that big. The line for the buffet was very long for hours. We ended up eating at the TI Prime, hot ham sandwiches and they were very good. We have stayed...

Treasure Island is a nice casino, but it's very similar to every other casino in the area. They have all of the typcal table games and slots. If you're looking for a casino that is less busy than Mystic Lake and you're willing to drive for about an hour, this might be a fun place to visit. We did not...

My husband and I used to stay at TI regularly for many years. Now that they have built the water park it has become unaffordable for us. We are seniors and have no interest in the water park. We like to stay for several nights and use the restaurant's and the casino, but not the pools. Why the resort doesn't...
