Traveling through region in early October-older hotel, very clean, reasonable price. Great location yet extremely quiet. Proprietor Gigi was extremely kind & helpful. Would stay there again, two thumbs up!

The lady who checked us in was so very pleasant,. She asked us what kind of room we wanted. Since we requested two beds, we had a small room, two beds with a wall between the beds? This was a surprise. It was older, very clean, very quiet and beds were comfortable. No ice machine, no air conditioners, but really...

Nice little place, checked in quickly and had a quiet evening. Room was clean, a little musty, and perfect for a quick overnight stop. Conveniently located close to places to eat...check out Vanilla Bean down the road!

Very clean and Reasonable Priced. I have stayed here several times and have been highly satisfied every time. Its close to everything and again it is the most reasonable motel in Two Harbors. Basic Room for the people not looking to spend a fortune.

When we travel we stay at mom n pop places. We are out during the day and want a clean well kept room with a shower and comfy beds and pillows. We stayed in a 2 bed room. It satisfied our needs. Lots of choices for TV stations too. Two Harbors is a great spot to stay. Many State Parks...

Quaint little motel an old fashion mom and pop place. Clean and friendly. However, the bed was a full size bed. Two grown people are not meant to sleep in a full size bed. We aren't even big people......Thank goodness. Maybe if you get the two bed room and each of you gets one bed that might be better. Overall,...

The rooms are small and clean. Very basic accommodations, good value for a night's sleep. No AC but a box fan helps, plus the temperatures drop at night on the shore. There are picnic tables and a nice garden if you wish to sit outside. Coffee is available in the office.

This is a very "basic" motel. I feel that this would be good for a one night stay.We stayed for three nights and missed having air conditioning. We came up for Tall Ships in Duluth and found this to be a bargain and a pleasant drive from Duluth. Rooms in Duluth were $200+ a night.

Needed a place for an overnight stay and The Voyageur was the cheapest rate we could find. In the summer some of the motel rates are outrageous, but, I guess owners will charge what the market will bear. The Voy is an old school, roadside motel with no frills and basic amenities. Our room had two "bedrooms" (separated by a...

We stayed here after our BWCA trip and we were skeptical after we discovered that none of the rooms have AC but we sleep perfectly fine. This is truly a no frills hotel, the bed was comfortable, the shower was enjoyable and there is an overhead fan as well as a stand fan in the room that was more than...
