We love everything about the Elephant Walk B&B. The décor, rooms, atmosphere, breakfast, hosts...everything is just amazing. We stayed in the Chaing Mai, which has a private balcony for two with floor to ceiling windows. They recently updated the seating in the room and really added to the room. The wine, cheese, crackers, fruit, and nuts were waiting for us...

Book early for this super-popular bed and breakfast. The rooms are lovely and breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed meeting other travelers at the communal table. To be honest, our hosts seemed kind of distracted, but I suspect it was because of road construction going on at the time. Based on comments made by other reviewers, this was probably an exception...

Just back from a two night stay at the Elephant Walk. After dealing with a recent death in the family, and some health issues, this was literally just what the Dr. ordered. The grounds are beautiful, our room (Cadiz) was perfect, and the food was incredible. That outdoor private patio space was so soothing; and after experiencing lack of sleep...

Kind, quirky and lovely are the words that come to mind when I think of Rita, her home and the hospitality we received during our stay. This was our first time at a bed & breakfast, and our experience set a very high standard for the future. Our room (Cadiz) was cozy and private. Breakfast was decadent and delightful. And...

The decor is not your typical creepy b&b, it is very comfortable and beautiful. The owner is a sweet heart and her husband is a great cook. The location is wonderful and the yard is really fun to look at. We can't wait to go back!

Only a very few of these places leave such a positive impression and a "must go back" experience. The Elephant Walk is one that made the list. The Elephant Walk is not just a B&B in a quaint little town it is a journey in...

Rita and Mike have created "nirvana" in Stillwater. The grounds invite tranquility and the interior decor (especially the Chiang Mai where we stayed) deliver it. The hospitality is unmatched and Rita issure to capture your attention and imagination with her travels and your heart with her devine breakfast. Expertly run and truly inviting.

Always a great breakfast and gracious hosts. We have stayed on several ocassions and prefer the room with the small balcony. Besure to visit the winery - they have an upstairs deck overlooking the river with live music. There is also a German restaurant in the area with outside music at various times throughout the summer.

The Elephant Walk Bed and Breakfast is a place we will recommend to all of our family and friends!! We had an amazing time celebrating out anniversary, we stayed in the Raffels room and it was so romantic! From the moment we walked into the Elephant Walk Rita and Mike welcomed us into their home and made sure we were...

Wow; I'm not sure where to start. I know it's a challenge to find an open room at The Elephant Walk B&B in Stillwater, MN. I gave it a shot this past Tuesday, and I was able to get a room on Wednesday night. YES...I scored and it was a special night for me since I was on a 'stay-cation'...
