I found this healing retreat rather randomly. I arrived from USA with bronchitis and I knew I needed a place that was restful & Ayurvedic in its approach for healing. I originally planned to stay 4 days and I ended up extending because it was so heavenly here & I was experiencing tremendous healing.
Not only did the bronchitis resolve, my digestive issues and joint pain also vanished. To receive so much healing in such a pleasing environment, beachfront, with excellent staff & beautiful aesthetics was so serendipitous for me.
Absolute luxury & competent pampering with a budget price tag. I couldn’t be more satisfied & would highly recommend this treatment facility, resort style to anyone seeking any kind of healing . I’m totally transformed in just a few days!

The staff were so attentive and the rooms were very comfortable. I cannot express how personalised their advice and support is, tailored to each person. Gail and Dr Nilam in particular were fantastic. The massages were so relaxing and Lina was the best therapist, always tailoring the style and pressure to suit my needs. The location is stunning with great views of the beach and sunset, it was the perfect spot to end each day. Thank you for a great stay!

The property is in the interior but has a direct access to the beach front. The beach is pristine and clean. The property is very clean. We had booked an ocean view suite. The room was kept tidy, all the necessary toiletries were provided. The staff is very helpful and very proactive to cater to the requests. Just one feedback - the access road needs more lighting.

Absolutely loved it, it was brilliant , staff were amazing, treatments , yoga and educational talks brilliant, We had amazing results and really felt so much better after our trip, mind , body and soul. An unforgettable life changing experience . I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who would like to change their life especially their eating habits and to let go of old bad habits. I chose this place rather than other traditional Ayurvedic experiences as it offers treatments for the mind , education & treatments that can shift your perspective . I could not find this anywhere else . Loved all the staff , food, supplements and hypnosis, Staff went above and beyond and even brought us all out for the day. I went for a 7 day detox and it were the worst 7 days of my life. They have no idea about what they putting people through. They give terrible tasting juices which are inedicle. Service is the slowest one can imagine. A coconut water would take upto 1 hr. Rooms are average. You can feel they are cutting costs on almost everything. After the 7 days of having only juices and so much torture of starvation, I didnt lose any weght because there was so much stress during the stay. The only good part was yoga on the beach. The yoga instructor Sachin is really good. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place even if they give it for free.

My stay at the Beach House was amazing. I stayed there for a 5 day wellness retreat on a solo trip. Dr Nilam and the team are incredible. They tailored the experience exactly to my needs and went out of their way to make sure that they were giving me the best possible experience. They deeply want to provide you with whatever it is you’re needing - from meeting your diet needs, cleansing the body and mind, providing therapeutic solutions and offering natural ayervedic remedies. I highly recommend the Beach House.

I participated in the Transformational Meditation retreat, I had a truly profound experience. I was expecting to learn about meditation which I did but that was just the tip of the iceberg.
I learnt about Ayurvedic medicine, yoga and nutrition. I came away with knowledge that I believe will help me to live a better life and the habits that will help me maintain this. The team at the beach house are kind and attentive and couldn't do more to make me feel comfortable and make sure I was getting a good experience.

The total body rebalancing retreat package is juice Detox oriented. It also has twice daily yoga and meditation sessions.
The Beach House is a fine property right on the beach and there are no animals or bugs. There is a big landscaped lawn and flowers. It is a beautiful experience to stay and do the retreat in Goa
