My wife and I enjoyed two nights this past weekend in one of John and Kay's two suites - looking across manicured lawns and gardens in rolling hills outside Orange. The suite was VERY comfortable - three rooms plus bathroom, and a cosy log fire which John kept hot as winter arrived. Breakfast was delicious and provided an opportunity to...

Set a little outside of the town this is a lovely, spacious, tastefully decorated B&B set among a gorgeous garden. Our hosts were wonderful- willing to do anything to make our stay enjoyable. The fire was roaring, the cheese platter and complimentary wine very were a welcome treat at the end of the day. The breakfast was delicious and our...

We stayed earlier this month at Clifton Gardens during our first visit to Orange and are delighted to say that the hospitality and level of comfort offered by John and Kay, far exceeded our expectations. Our suite included a lovely log fire which was very welcoming when returning in the chilly afternoons. Breakfast selections were very good and most enjoyable....

My partner and I recently stayed at this gorgeous little B&B, this place is definitely a hidden treasure. Without even seeing the suite we were taken away by the aesthetics of the property. It was just beautiful with the autumn leaves, trimmed lawns and lovely view from our room and the surrounds. The suite itself was amazing and we highly...

My goodness this was a lovely place to stay! John and Kay were very welcoming and the property is extremely comfortable. Our room was not just a room but a suite of rooms. The best thing is that there is another so would be ideal for two couples wanting their own space. Also easy enough to both eat together as...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clifton Gardens. The grounds that the accommodation is set on are large and excellent to walk around and discover all the old trees. Our hosts John and Kay were lovely people, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The accommodation is a large bedroom, a bathroom and your own dining room/lounge with views across the grounds...

The previous reports were all correct! This is truly a wonderful B & B owned by the very hospitable couple, John and Kay. We stayed for 3 nights midweek and had a great time visiting wineries, doing some sightseeing and bush walks, and relaxing by the very pretty swimming pool. This is more than a B & B as our...

Our hosts Kay and John were friendly, attentive and full of helpful hints e.g. with suggestions for good coffee, maps marking out the fine dining restaurants we wer interested in. Our section included our own living room, dining room, bedroom, walk in wardrobe and bathroom! It was spacious, clean and comfy. They also had beautiful grounds, which unfortunately we didn't...

We are a group of four who stayed at Clifton Gardens for three nights. The hosts John and Kay were attentive but not too "present" and our rooms were beautifully clean and filled with fresh flowers. One suite had an open fire that was lit for us each evening when we returned. The gardens are almost five acres and very...

Beautiful views and afternoon sun on a Winter afternoon in the Sunset suite. It is a perfect place to stop and relax and be pampered by generous hosts, John and Kay. Lovely to be able to eat a great home cooked dinner during the week and then have a beautiful breakfast the next morning. Close to Orange but lovely to...
