Convenient if you are visiting the Mayo Clinic, can connect to the clinic by heading downstairs and use the underground tunnel connection between the buildings, and yes it was snowing in April in Rochester

Stayed here for a recent surgery for a family member. We were given early check-in around 2:00, the room was elegant and suited for our needs. The parking situation kind of stunk as the valet failed to tell me there was a free ramp across the road. The parking fee for the ramp connected to the hotel was $18, which...

Fabulous service all weekend. Great food. Clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. Our weekend was topped off when Bob and Glenn jumped our car this afternoon. Thanks a million! The car was parked in public parking off site and still our help arrived immediately.

Wow! This is probably the nicest Marriott hotel I have stayed at. They just renovated the room so when you first enter, there is that new carpet smell. The room was very spacious and nicely done. The amenity package was also nice and the towels were new. The lighting was not bad. The only thing that was odd was that...

Recently, we signed up for a "concierge level" room at the Rochester Marriott for two nights. The room charge for access to the "concierge lounge" with complimentary breakfast (6:30 - 9:30 am) & hors d'oeuvres in the evening (5 - 8 pm) was ~30% more than for a standard room. Our experiences at this hotel are described below. 1. We...

Just finished a two night stay while at mayo for (fortunately) an annual round of biz exec plan checkups. I know it's not a pleasure trip destination, but still, paid over $250/night and it's a dump, Marriott should be embarrassed to have its name on it. Crummy, interior facing rooms, no sunlight, can't open drapes because everyone could look in,...

May fiance and I stayed here for two nights and recieved the best service. The location was very convenient to visit for Social Ice and close to shoppes and restuarants downtown. We wanted to warm up some food and the staff promptly brought a microwave up to our room. The housekeeping were friendly and replaced our towels and asked if...

I feel it is a really nice place, especially if you have appointments, you can go down to the subway floor and walk to all your appointments, especially in the winter and your schedule goes all over the place! Great on the consigare floor you can go in anytime even thru the night! Really great breakfast and dinners. It's hard...
