The staff were pleasant & helpful. That's the only good part about this place. Everything is very old. The room was extremely small. They hadn't cleaned very well. There was some kind of garbage on the self in the closet. Did take the chance to see what. There was no air conditioning.

Chose this hotel because of location but this is the worst hotel ever. I am surprised they have not been shut down by the fire inspector. Power strip had air conditioning, refrigerator, lamp, tv,and microwave. We went to two different rooms hoping the second one would be cleaner, but no. Dirty shirt and sock halfway under bed. Stained pillow cases....

Very old building. Rooms barely had room for bed. Mattress was very worn and uncomfortable. Small window A/C only a foot from bed and blew directly on person on left of bed and inadequate to keep person on right cool. Full step up into bathroom. No electrical outlets in bathroom.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. The room was very small and not modern. We had a queen size bed that took up most of the room. We had reservations but cancelled when we saw the room and stayed someplace else.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and efficient and the room was clean, however there was open insulation on the pipes in the room and was the smallest room we ever stayed in. There was not room enough for any bedside tables so that we had to get up in order to remove our glasses before sleeping, The tub...

This place worked out great, the staff was great and the locaction was better than expected. Along with the attached restaurant - who could have asked for more. Thanks again and we will be back. So glad that they worked with our schedule.

This Days Inn is just across the street from the Mayo Clinic, in a building that was put up in 1919. The place has a lot of charm, from the very old elevator to the long hallways, where you almost expect to come upon Sam Spade's office. The rooms are old and groovy, yet very clean. Wi-fi is available. Staff...

We've chosen this property for the many nights we spend in Rochester while taking care of medical issues at the Mayo Clinic each year. The building is very old (on the historical register, I believe) and it looks old! But it has a wonderful history associated with the Mayo Clinic and is conveniently located, more affordable than the other hotels...

The hotel is an old building but for the cost (with discounts) it was reasonable for downtown Rochester. Very convent for the Mayo Clinic. All accommodations were functioning, worked for what was need for a stay.
