Ace was very helpful when we needed to change rooms due to equipment problems and is wonderful on helping with any other issues that I have presented him with, even my tablet problems. I would give Ace a 10+ J. Iversen Rm. 735

This hotel is in a perfect spot it you are going to the hospital or clinic. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The pool and hot tub area are VERY small. Three people max in the hot tub. The only thing I didn't care for were the dogs barking in other rooms. I wish that the hotel...

The housekeeper on 8th floor, Mary, is outstanding in all aspects of her guest relationships and duties. Every visit, which are frequent for me, she has provided excellent service. The front desk manager, Saha, is extremely efficient and friendly. I have always felt that they have respectfully and attentively provided for my needs.

We stayed here on recommendation from a friend. The location is great if you are going to Mayo Clinic, however, the service and upkeep at this hotel are subpar. We stayed in room 215 that had a mismatched door. The furniture and carpet were new, but the mattresses and bathroom facilities were ancient and not in good condition. I did...

For those visiting Mayo, Kahler Inn and Suites offers a very convenient location. The clinic can be accessed via the subway (underground walking tunnel) from the hotel. The suites are reasonably priced and the staff very friendly. The free breakfast is what one would expect - cereals, bagels, donuts and a few hot items like scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy...

I was at the Kahler Inn & Suites due to my husband's extended stay at Mayo Hospital. My stay was made much more tolerable by the excellent service received from 2 employees in particular. Mary in Housekeeping on 8th floor and Michele in the Crossings Restaurant, Kudos to both of them! My only complaint is that although the Kahler provides...

Great service by Mary on the eighth floor! Her concern for my comfort and the friendship of compassion she extended were greatly appreciated. I was experiencing a very stressful time and her hugs and words of encouragement were just what I needed.

We stay at the Kahler Inn and Suites for 3/4 days every February. It is our home away from home. We do not leave the premises during our stay. They have a wonderful restaurant (Crossings) and a fabulous free breakfast. Free parking underground is important to us. You never have to go out side. Mayo Clinic is across the street...

My family stayed here for a couple of nights in March for an event we were attending. We liked the idea of a mini suite with 4 of us in one room. Parking is a little confusing at first, but not much of an issue once figured out! Lots of tight turns and low ceilings... Take it slow and if...
