The room smelled slightly of cigarettes despite being non smoking. It was conveniently located near the community center for business/conferences. The bed was comfortable and I got a good nights sleep. The exercise room has two TVs and three cardio machines. Didn't get to try out the hot tub. The breakfast was sufficient, including waffles. I would stay here again... More

The building is older with muliple weird scents. The room smelled funny & there was an odor when I turned on the a/c unit. I woke up at 2am itching very badly & left going to another hotel. While checking out I realized the same 3 cookies sitting at the desk were the same when I checked out. 😕

Mrs. Nekia, We are so sorry to hear about your experience! The hotel is undergoing a complete renovation to it's public spaces, new carpet, wallpaper and all new wood work (which had a couple coats of varnish applied). It's understandable that you were confused by all the different smells, but the good news is the renovations were completed October 15... More

This is a clean and comfortable place. Although we found it because our company puts up employees here, we were particularly happy with the friendly, helpful attitude of the staff. They also accomodate dogs and there's alot of great grassy walking area. Definitely would stay again. Other recommendations include a visit/hike at Ramsey Falls and dinner at Duffy's in North... There was a slight mixup with the booking company that we went through, but the lady at the desk was just as sweet and helpful as could be. She got us a room and our room was nice & clean. I loved following the edge of the corn field to get there. Nice casino nearby also. Would recommend.

Stayed 2 nights. Common rooms are being renovated but very clean. Front desk staff very helpful with directions. Second night room keys didn't work but it was quickly resolved. Room was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable. TV was placed on a low dresser making it difficult to watch from the bed. Mounted on the wall would have been better.... More

Very nice hotel for a smaller community! Clean & quiet room. Front desk staff very friendly and able to make good suggestions for dining and visiting Ramsey Park. Bed a bit small & limited breakfast choices, otherwise it would be a 5 star rating!

I stayed here for work 1 night. It's Ehh, nicest in town but it is a small town. I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express and it is not there, equivalent to a OK Days Inn. Priced under 100 dollars the hot tub was Hot but my first room the TV did not work, the second room they gave appeared... More

We were on a 2 week road trip and stayed in many hotels/motels throughout Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Minnesota, and Wisconsin - this was by far the absolute worst. We travel with our dog and while the Redwood Lodge accepts pets, there are only a few rooms that pets are allowed to stay in and pets aren't allowed in any part... More

Stayed at the Redwood Lodge Friday evening March 19th. I had a first floor room very close to the main entrance. As I had to be out of the hotel very early in the morning to be at an event, I asked about the complimentary breakfast times - the desk person offered to have it set out early by their... More

The room is great - the bathroom has a very large jacuzzi tub and shower. It also has double sinks - a real plus. The room has a small microwave and refrigerator. The hotel was updated a year or so ago and it still looks brand new. Breakfast in the morning, very friendly staff. And the people I met in... More
