Apple Nubra Cottage tents are spacious and nicely maintained. Sleeping on tents with mountains around was quite fascinating. The property is run by some young staffs. Unfortunately, I couldn't meet the owner with whom I interacted. Its better to book through phone rather than online. Food is delicious(Only Veg) and bonfire was arranged after the dinner. Hot water is available during morning time. Make sure you take power back up as the electricity supply is limited here(Until 11 PM)..The property is around 1-2 Kms from Sand dunes and cultural show. Compared to other tents available in Hunder, I would prefer Apple cottage in terms of service, locality and food. Recommended property for a comfortable stay.

its just an average proposition to stay in tents at Apple Cottage. Owner hardly visits the property and is mostly taken care by the young workers who are least customer eccentric. You have to follow up for the good tent accommodation. if you have booked for luxury tent, they try to give you deluxe one and say this is the best one they have. Serve you with the food which is not fresh and on raising voice, they will just take out that dish and will not replace with new dish. You have to nag them and tell them that you need to speak to the owner, only then they show some seriousness.

The cottages are really good. The surrounding property needs a special mention. You get the feeling of a nice clean jungle, sound of water, hammocks tied, just lovely. Tents wear really clean and had all necessary items present. They have their own vegetable garden. Only veg food is available. This property is not even very far from the sand dunes. The hotel guys wear really helpful. They have arrangements for bonfire also. You get your early morning tea right in front of your tent. The guys serve it right there. i will definitely recommend this property.

We reached there after a long journey via khardungla. we were a group of 3 couple and 2 small kids aged 6 yrs. Were very happy looking at the property. Location wise no complaints. Tents were clean and the laundry provided were also clean. We go for Tea and some snacks at the dinning area. Tea is served. Good taste. Enquired about the dinner service and are told that the same would start at 8.30- 9.30 and post that nothing would be made available as the service staff needs to go home. we were OK till then. 8.15 we along with the kids trickle in the dinning area and wait. The whole staff is busy watching the IPL on the Tv and no one is bothered. We enquire if the food was ready as all of us ladies and kids had a tough day (puking the whole way from leh to nubra and were…

We (3 Couples with 4 Childrens) stayed here for a night recently. Really had an satisfied stay.. Tent's were clean with clean bathrooms and 1-2 hour of hot water supply in the morning {What more can you ask for at such a location}... We had dinner & breakfast (Veg Food) over here which was just excellent and the staff is very co-operative and provided us tea & Milk for children's as an when required.... All in all we were completely satisgfied with our stay over here and also i recommend this property to the future travellers....

I love this property and special thanks as they booked it on email and not insist for advance. This is a good property and having about 20 tents. Tents are neat and clean and having all required instruments. Garden is maintained however require some more attention to develop it nicely. Food quality is good and good hospitality by hotel staff. It is hardly two kms from the famous sand dunes and double hump camel ride. From tent you will not find a great view to mountains and other thing but comfortable stay with great hospitality will make your day memorable.

I went there outside of predetermined itinerary. But definitely, worth every penny (paisa). We stayed in beautiful cozy tent. Having tea in the tent was on my wishlist for long. relax in a hammock and live internet free. wifi was there in the dining hall for the addicts too :-) Food was ok. You have to plan the morning, as the hot water was available only for an hour. However, i sipped it due to cold weather :-). I had Llama ride and the view around Nubra valley was amazing. Must visit place.

Beauty and serenity, that's what apple cottage stand for. Great tents, cozy bed. Carry a spare lock and key with you so that you can zip up and lock your tent when you are gone. Overall great experience. Highly recommend to everyone.

We visit this camp with my two another friends, I reach there around one o'clock , we se the camp, it is big camp, good garden , good dining hall, good for family, after see the camp, we talk to manager, we get the room for 3 baded, incuding fooding rs 700 pp, it very offerdable, electricy available only in night up to 11pm, wifi available, food quality is good, ideal place for tourist speccially family's

Its was very cool place for couple with great views on all the side . Located 130 km from Leh with all best hotel like facilities . Don't expect much for food taste but food was fresh grown in front of u . Staff was too good Surrounded by Apricot and Apple trees
