A pleasant, well-run country hotel with friendly owners. Entirely decent meals served for reasonable money. Bike friendly. The Western aspect is appealing as the sun sets. Close to the Bunya Mountains. Clean, tidy amenities apt for a country pub.

A very nice place to go for a weekend away, friendly, laidback atmosphere. Food was good. Hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. I would recommend for a quiet weekend away. The hotel is very bike friendly, with of road parking.

As you walk in the door you step into an old bar- characteristically Australian- and you immediately feel at home. The fantastic meals can be eaten in the small dining room behind the bar - a fire blazing placidly in...

The pub is located in the main street and three of us dropped in for a meal in the dining room which is only open Friday and Saturday evenings but they also serve meals in the rear beer garden. As well as rump and T-bone steaks (which come in large and small sizes), there was adequate selection on the menu...

The hotel has very good meals which can be eaten on the first floor verandah with a great view of the sunset to the west. There is a lot of history in this old hotel and although undergoing refurbishment, the upstairs rooms are still rustic but with very affordable rates. There is a shared bathroom and the rooms are not...
