Musty, bad carpet, layers of paint. Time for a facelift. The elevators are tired too. One was out of order or going out of order while I was there. The front ddesk staff is top notch tho and the location is perfect for evening drinks or dinner at the local pubs.

The hotel was in a great location. However, the rooms were dark, and beds uncomfortable. Fine for 1 night, but would not choose to stay for more. We were woken up in the middle of night due to noisy guests- walls were thin and bed was directly next to door.

Loved the warm cookie at check-in and the hotel room was nice with 2 tv's. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel was close to our venue downtown. Didn't like having to pay an extra $25 for parking and in Sat the parking was full. Overall had a good experience at this hotel.

If it's a nice day you can take the LRT from the airport and it gets you downtown in 25 minutes for a fare of about $2.25. Then you walk a few blocks to the hotel. If the weather is bad the only other way is a shared shuttle not associated with the hotel, or a taxi.
