Perfect location to everything downtown. I was able to walk to the Target Center without going outside. Very professional check-in process. The best thing about the hotel was the bartender on Friday and Saturday night. She was amazing.

Do not stay here!!!! I held a room for someone for "Weekend to Remember" because I had to cancel. I told the person taking the reservation to take my name off the reservation and gave the name of girl that was taking over my room and her name was then put on the reservation. I also told them to take...

Management response:

Hello Ellen, Thank you for your feedback. We researched you reservation and have learned that as you stated you made and held a reservation for someone else who elected not to honor the reservation you made. As a result you were charged because you made the reservation and provided us with your credit card. In the future we would advise...

Located in the heart of Minneapolis this is a solid hotel. Rooms are well done and spacious. Bathroom well appointed and beds are very comfortable. Great staff that's there for all your needs. The M Club offers a great breakfast. On cold days you'll be happy that this is part of the skywalk path. Great service, great accommodations. Can't go...

Quick overnight business stay. Concierge lounge on lobby level has nice access to evening desserts and light dinner during the week and breakfast in the morning if you have access to it. Room was nice. Updated and nice but not luxurious. Nice good size bathroom with tub in my room on floor 24. I did have a small wait to...

Overall a good stay but there were a couple of issues. Requested adjoining rooms when making reservation. Got checked in and went upstairs and found that the rooms were not adjoining. It took about 15 minutes for the new room assignment and for the keys to arrive, but to the staff's credit they did bring the keys up to us...

We hosted a large company event at this location and it went without a hitch. The guests enjoyed the rooms and meeting area was great. Highly recommend for either a one night stay or for hosting a huge blow out.

We did an overnight stay in Minneapolis for a getaway. The hotel in centrally located and within walking distance to many shops, bars, restaurants, Target Center/Field, etc. Parking is easy in the hotel ramp but somewhat difficult for check in as you take an elevator from street level to the 5th floor. The only issue is there are only three...

The hotel is located in the downtown Minneapolis with direct access to the Skyway. My room faced the front of the building and was quiet - although I could hear a rally that was marching through the streets during my stay. The hotel updated the room for current travel requirements with Wifi access, various types of outlets to charge my...

Given the price for this hotel, I was very disappointed. I'll start by saying the staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Beyond that, I expected more overall. The fitness center was very compact (they should consider updating and expanding it), breakfast was not included, even the television channels were limited. I knew of coworkers staying within a block of...

I was here for a conference and everything was great. The room was plain but clean. I didn't care for the super soft pillows, I needed two to sleep. Just one ended up being very flat. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. The event itself was ran very well. The only reason I docked a star is the WiFi....
