Hotel rooms need an upgrade. Decor is drab. Halls are equally drab and dark. Staff is helpful and courteous. Hotel has an awkwardly placed pool and the area in front of the hotel has been under construction for at least a year. This makes driving a challenge. Numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance is a plus.

Could use better pillows otherwise was entirely perfect:) we had so much relaxation good quiet room. The staff were pleasant and the main lobby was peaceful:) they even had games to play for the free time we had . Will stay again.

Have to pay for parking on top of the room. First room was dirty. Second room was still a little bit unsatisfactory. Nothing was explained about how things were. Shut off the elevators from 12am to 5am. My wife is 7 1/2 months pregnant. Good thing we were only on the 3rd floor.

If, like many, a convention brings you to this corner of MSP, the main reason for choosing the Hyatt is that it has the single best lobby for visiting with colleagues. It is spacious, comfortably furnished, and rarely crowded even when the hotel is full. Off the lobby, there is an inexpensive coffee and rather good food shop that never... More

Terrible maid service. She even let a stranger into our room. The woman belonged on a different floor and was trying to get into our room. The maid let her in without checking and the woman then loudly complained that we were in HER room. The maid failed to properly service our room, leaving us without replacement items that were... The valets couldn't have been more friendly and anxious to get the door. Front desk was efficient, pleasant and extended an offer for restaurant suggestions. The lobby was large and impressive with a long gas fire place and ample eclectic seating. The room was clean and ample size. I was in room 626 and could here what sounded like deliveries... More

Very nice hotel overall. Slow checking in at peek times. Good staff. But dimly lit lobby with dark hard-to-see shallow stairs just asking you to fall down them, as I saw a man actually do on his way to breakfast.
