The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood with good restaurants at walking distance. Pros - good neighbourhood - decent room and bed size - good bathroom - excellent service in their Cosmos restaurant - where they serve breakfast. - Decent wifi Cons - You have to change elevators to go to rooms. First elevator is only upto 4th floor. -...

Great to see our hotel was the perfect launching pad for your time in Minneapolis, Milind. I'm so glad the room was just what you were looking for, but I apologize if you had some trouble finding it at first. However, we're happy to hear that didn't keep you from enjoying yourself, and we look forward to welcoming you back...

Had a nice stay here a few weeks back, comfortable bed, excellently appointed bathroom, and very clean. Not particularly impressed with desk staff or valet but they were a small part of my stay. I tried both the hotel bar and restaurant and will write a separate review for each. The cost of parking and lack of included breakfast made...

I'm happy to hear our room was perfect for your stay, and we appreciate the support here on Tripadvisor. I apologize, though, if our team didn't deliver the stellar care and service you deserve -- we want you to feel right at home when you stay with us. I'm glad you still enjoyed yourself here, though, and I hope we'll...

We had the most wonderful wedding weekend and it began and ended with The Loews Hotel in Minneapolis. Each one of our guests were well taken care of, gorgeous well appointed rooms and wonderful food (in Cosmo's and their new lobby bar Anthropology). The spa and services were a fantastic retreat for guests that had traveled into MSP. Our room...

Congratulations again on your wedding! We were honored to be a part of such a special week for you and your family, and I'm delighted to see everyone felt so taken care of from start to finish. I'll be sure to pass along the compliments to Jeremy, as well, and I hope we'll have the pleasure of welcoming you back...

While visiting Minneapolis I stayed in Loews. Room was pretty OK and hotel is well located in city. Breakfast was picking from a list - well you will get what you order. Somebody maybe likes it. Getting in to rooms was bit complicated - first you take elevator to 4th floor and then change to another elevator. LRT (Metro) station...

Though we're glad you enjoyed your visit, we want to be more than just "a place to stay," so I'm disappointed to see you were a little underwhelmed. I appreciate the feedback, though -- we definitely wouldn't want getting to your room to be confusing, so I'll keep that in mind. I hope you'll get a chance to visit us...

Great location downtown. Close to Target Center and Mayo sports medicine. Nice views from upper floors. Expensive food and drink service. Hard to find a place to eat when there's a Twins home game. Traffic is also bad during games. As in most downtown hotels, mini bar prices are ridiculous, and the attached restaurants and bars also are pricey. Staff...

It's great to see our location was perfect for your visit to Minneapolis, Deborah, and that our team could make you feel right at home. I apologize, though, if you were a little put off by the prices -- since we stock and serve the highest quality food and drinks, we think our prices reflect that, but I appreciate the...

I stayed here for a three day business meeting. It was formerly the Graves Hotel, trendy, boutique feel. The hotel is very well maintained and stylish. The lobby is small and shares space with a coffee area, but it's welcoming. Service is good. One odd thing is that you have to catch two elevators to get to your room. I'm...

Great hotel. I upgraded to a one-bedroom suite with a separate living room. The suite came with two bathrooms (they sometimes rent the separate rooms out separately). Very spacious. Great beds. Nice bathrooms and showers. Definitely would stay here again. Downtown location is great. If you have a car, however, valet service will either a) take a while, or b)...
