Wonderful hospitality. In addition to our Amish Room, we enjoyed relaxing on the porch before the short walks to dinner and the play. Thank you for the bike storage. One suggestion is to add a chest to the room so we could store some clothes and put away the suitcases.

The Stone Mill was great. Our kids loved the loft sleeping area in the Farm Suite. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, and charming. The continental breakfast has good pastries and coffee. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of heading to Lanesboro.

This was our first trip to Lanesboro. What a great town. The hospitality was friendly throughout the area. The staff at the Stone Mill was exceptional. Before and after our stay we contimplated on other accomodations, and we have decided that Stone Mill is where we are going to stay from now on. We will be back soon.

The Stone Mill is the perfect getaway. We stayed in the Forest Suite which is very cozy. The staff is attentive and friendly. The location couldn't be better. We stayed 3 nights which included a discount on one of the playhouse performances. It was very enjoyable. Lanesboro has a lot of great places to eat. We especially loved the corner...

The opportunity to sleep in the coziest bed ever while having access to biking, tubing, canoeing, shopping, and eating within walking distance...well, it could have only been surpassed by a gigantic, warm, caramel nur roll for breakfast...WAIT!...that was included, too. Loved the proprietress, loved the staff, loved the accommodations...can't wait to go back!

We've stayed at the Stone Mill several times, and haven't been disappointed yet. The service is always good, the staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean, and it's in a really good location. The continental breakfast features some excellent pastries! One of Lanesboro's best lodging choices.

The Stone Mill is a great place to stay when visiting Lanesboro and the surrounding region. It is a great place for bicyclists: it is a block from the trails and has a secure bike lockup. The room was beautiful and larger than expect. It was perfectly clean and nicely appointed. The continental breakfast was head and shoulders above the...

This was our first time here but will the only place we will stay when we return. The staff was so friendly. We spent a lot of time in the lobby just chatting with the staff and they were extremely helpful on where to eat and what to see. The rooms are extremely charming and very clean. The continental breakfast...

We love staying at this place. It is quiet and relaxing, and so close to all the fun things to do in downtown Lanesboro. We enjoy the Commonweal Theater, biking, the shops, and the restaurants. It's great to sit on the patio outside and read, sip coffee or just converse. The rooms are comfortableand clean, and the breakfast is always...

Stone Mill did everything right in converting an old farm-town feedmill into a great place to stay. They preserved much of the original mill while converting the stone-building part of it into large, comfortable rooms - each one with a theme. We had the Amish room which is the best in the place for our money. It has an outside...
