My sister lives close by to this hotel. Her husband was in a nasty accident so my other sister and I drove down from London to be with her. This was the nearest hotel so we booked it online with booking.com. It sounded lovely. My sister had been in for a meal and said it was nice. Unfortunately I did... More

Stopped for lunch on our way home on A30 close to Honiton. Fenny bridges is just off the main drag but well worth the tiny detour. A beautiful old coaching inn really well kept and very up together. Lunch was really lovely and good value. A real cut above other similar venues. Try it... you'll be glad you did.

This is a family run B&B which also has evening meals on most evenings and lunch on Sundays. Our stay was for two weeks. Our room was lovely and we overlooked the field across the road. Bathroom nicely renovated with large shower. The owners responded to my request for plain yoghurt as I prefer it rather than flavoured - simple... More

We stayed the weekend of the Honiton carnival with friends. The owners and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We booked standard rooms, we were allocated a refurbished standard room and our friends had a standard that hadn't been refurbished. Both rooms were a good size, our room had a very nice refurbished bathroom with a lovely powerful... More

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was lovely. Good side portions and plenty of choice. This is the third time we have been and will be visiting again. So nice to see the wood burner lit on a cool autumn evening.

Stayed at the Greyhound overnight while working nearby, the rooms are fairly basic but quite adequate. The food is excellent and the staff are friendly and efficient ! Will definitely stay again on my next visit to the West !

Our group of 17 MG members enjoyed a planned lunch stop on Saturday 17 September. We had pre-ordered and unfortunately due to traffic were nearly an hour late. However, Tina, Wayne and their staff were superbly helpful when we arrived and we enjoyed an excellent selection of home-made sandwiches and baguettes. An excellent stop. We will return.

Stayed here for one night to break up a journey... Very friendly greeting, good service, a comfortable, clean room and excellent food. What else would anyone need for an overnight stay. Will use again.

Flat out dogs under the table after a busy day, really lovely atmosphere, scrummy food - what more do you want from a meal out??? Easy to find, loads of parking & although we sat indoors, plenty of outside seating.
