The Grand Northern Inn is not aging gracefully. The beds were quite hard and rather uncomfortable. The room is relatively clean, however I did find what appears to be urine on our toilet seat and hair in the tub. Unfortunately the tub also didn't drain properly, filling water up to my ankles while showering. They did have bath and body...

The hotel was clean and nice to walk in to. Everyone (except the breakfast attendant) was very friendly. Our room was very clean, but the beds were pretty hard. The bathroom looked as though it was recently updated, but they only gave two towels. Overall it was a decent stay. Not sure if we will go back.

We called a couple weeks in advance for our room. We got a great rate! Then we added a 2nd night a week before our stay, and got charged almost double! (Both were weekend nights). I wasn't real excited about that, but the hotel was pretty clean, and the breakfast was decent so we were happy! The kids liked the...

Wow, for the HIGH price for a 2 bed room....absolutely awful. Lousy beds - loud and tiny pillows. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Bathroom fan extremely loud. Caulk by tub had cracks and looked a bit moldy. Rust (I hope !) in seam of shower stall...that can be avoided by careful cleaning. Noisy. Only 2 bath towels for a room that...

Were traveling thru and called ahead of time for a room.... To get the special rate we had to go to the main casino first to get a players card...... That in itself was a nightmare..... Saturday evening and the front desk was closed to get the card, so naturally they route you all the way to back of casino...

Stayed here with 3 others for Brewfest at the casino. Room was outdated and the full size beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Noise level was awful; steps, voices, and door slamming were super loud at all hours. The shuttle to the casino was a plus, and the front desk employees were very friendly and quick to get us checked in...

The room was clean and the hotel was quiet but the beds were terrible. Also beds were full size not queen. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. Continental breakfast was pretty limited. Price of room was very reasonable.

We stayed over night at this hotel as part of a "Play and Stay golf package. The hotel was average but very clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and courteous. The rooms were quite and the continental breakfast provided in the morning was as good as most that I've had in my travels. My only complaint is that...

Grand Casino is the WORST for letting non-players stay. Love how they check to see if you are a BIGGEST LOSER or in their words HIGH ROLLER to see if they have a room available. When we make the reservations six months or more ahead of time then we get a room. The room was two beds, non-smoking, clean.

This hotel was suggested to us by Grand Casino Hinckley. The room was tidy and in good repair, but the beds were awful. Neither of us slept well. Also, the "free continental breakfast" was one of the worst we have ever had. We will not return. The service was good and the staff were friendly. Just not a great experience.
